Wigan Orthodontic

Treatment started well and I agreed to braces based on a written treatment plan confirming I would be suitable for an implant afterwards. However, just before my braces were removed, I was suddenly told an implant was no longer possible and a crown was suggested instead. I was left waiting for retainers, during which time my teeth shifted, and later another orthodontist at the practise, whilst I was picking up my new retainer, told me an implant would actually have been suitable after all. A few years later, despite wearing the retainer provided, my teeth have shifted back significantly. Very disappointing experience overall, with conflicting advice and poor long-term results considering the £2,500 cost.

Excellent experience for my son at Wigan Orthodontist, with Paul, who guided us through the last 10 months with my son and his braces treatment plan. Nothing was too much trouble to explain to us, Paul was very patient and understanding. Thank you. Would definitely recommend. And the receptionists are very organised and polite. We are delighted with the end results. 👌🙂

Bad practice, never keep up with appointments-if cancelled by practice will offer one months later and then blame the patient for not attending. Often seeing someone different each time that either doesn’t know why you are attending or changes what the last nurse did. My advice-find a competent orthodontist who actually care about their patients and their experience.

The staff have been absolutely amazing since the start of my daughter’s treatment. Both Dr Johnson and all the therapists that she has seen have been professional and kind to my daughter and explain everything clearly so we are both aware of what’s happening. I would never consider treatment anywhere else other than Wigan Orthodontic Centre

a woman who calls herself the orthodontist was not only rude, but didn’t try and make it a decent experience for my son. she not only wouldn’t explain the things i asked about my sons teeth she also made it out i was asking the most stupid question ever!

My daughter has just finished her treatment with truly amazing results! Would highly recommend Total, all the staff have been absolutely brilliant over the last 2 years, working under difficult conditions at times due to COVID. The surgery is spotless and we always felt very safe. Thank you for everything you did for her.

My stepdaughter had a few issues with her teeth, we went to total orthodontics in Wigan over 2 years ago, she has just had her braces off this week and the results are amazing! From the very beginning we have been treated really well and looked after, any problems we've had they have seen us pretty much straight away and sorted the issues without fuss. Very impressed with the service, all the staff are very friendly and the team work really well together. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thankyou for all you have done.
