Ravat & Ray Dental Practice - Wigan

Considering I come under the label of a ‘private’ patient, I certainly don’t feel like I’m getting private patient care. My check up was pretty much a two minute affair, with a ‘oh you need two fillings’. That’ll be just over £300! No real discussion. I’ve signed a form on a tablet but I e yet to get a hard copy if what I signed for. The telephone call promised by the dentist didn’t come. I’m not a private patient by choice. I pay for Denplan. I also gave a medical condition which destroys teeth. I’m also a pensioner. It would face been nice to have a further I depth conversation with tge ddntust, particularly on how they expect me to pay this bill on a pension. Better service please.

The dentist is very pleasant. I felt I was getting the best treatment. Ive been using this dentist surgery firca few years and always feel im getting the best treatment

Called 9am Monday morning asking for an emergency appointment and saw the dentist by 12:15. She was quick to find the problem and sent me home with antibiotics after explaining how to stop getting worse. Excellent service. Wish it was my full time surgery

Yasmin is a lovely dentist. If you're not keen on visiting one, then she will put you at your ease. She makes time to listen to any concerns or questions you might have. The receptionist is also very friendly and welcoming. 10/10 all the way for this dental practice!

Hygiene clean today, my dentist there is so friendly and welcoming it makes a huge difference as he understands my needs and is always willing to help. My appointment was swift which makes a difference too as I'm not a fan of the dentist chair.

Had a wisdom tooth out today no issues at all quic efficient and very friendly was made to feel comfortable

This is the best dentist I've had very friendly staff and my dentist is too always explains everything very carefully to me yes always 5 stars.
