I cannot thank the team enough for the care my brother received. After he was unfortunately assaulted and lost his two front teeth, we were understandably distressed, but from the moment we contacted the practice, we were put at ease. Christian provided an exceptional level of service from start to finish. He was incredibly compassionate and understanding of the situation, taking the time to reassure both my son and our family during what was a very difficult time. His professionalism was evident throughout, and the quality of care was second to none. The whole experience was handled with sensitivity, efficiency, and genuine care, which made a huge difference to us. I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone – truly excellent service in every respect.

Having recently moved to the area, we were delighted to find mydentist in Orrell. Having had a few dealings with them, we are delighted to have such a helpful and professional service nearby. We haven't had to wait long for appointments, even one on a Saturday morning. The reception team are very pleasant to deal with and Dentist Popescu was kind, gentle and generous with his time. We are two happy patients, thank you.

Paid for treatment £75, apparently I needed 4 fillings. Had 2 upto now and they are telling me I owe an additional £75 ... 150 for 2 fillings is ridiculous. I will add a couple of the apps had to be changed due to me having to attend hospital ( i have prolapsed discs and nerve damage so walking is difficult as it is) which has been explained to both reception staff. Apparently i have gone over a 2 month period which was not explained to me. One of the staff got it, but the other just slammed the phone down on me. Her attitude is terrible and she suits her name. IMO. I dont know what made her think when I arrived there yesterday after making the painful journey that I would just have another spare £75 considering im on disability and dont work at the moment. Not to mention we called each time in advance to rearrange. Also tried to call on a saturday but they dont answer the phone on a saturday for some reason. Really disappointed.

Brilliant service. Lady on reception was really helpful and professional. The dentist put you at ease and explained everything and sorted the problem immediately

I had the Clear Correct treatment done about 6 months ago and I'm so happy with the results. Whenever I was worried about anything Kate would make the time to see me straight away and assured me that there was nothing to worry about. I'm so happy that I got the treatment, it has made me much more confident with my smile. The practice itself is very friendly - all the staff members are lovely.

I had an excellent experience with my dentist (Kate) who fitted me for clear aligners. She was professional, thorough, and made the entire process seamless. From the initial consultation to the custom fitting, she took the time to explain each step and ensured my aligners were perfectly tailored for my teeth. Treatments available on the NHS are acceptable but modern dental solutions are not covered and have to be paid for. If paying the option you choose, you hope and expect that the work will be carried out correctly, safely and that the result will make you smile. In my experience mydentist Moor Road (and Wigan branch) do just that. The treatments that my wife and l have had have proved to be very successful and worth every penny.
