My experience with the dentist was not ok. He took an xray, no matter how much I told him the thing he placed in my mouth to have the xray taken was hurting very much he didn't care he just said it has to be done. There were steps he could take to prevent this because where I am going presently I don't feel any pain when the same procedure is being done. He was harsh with me and said I don't brush my teeth often enough so I will lose them if I don't remove build up plaque. I understand that I had the build up but didn't know that's what because I had been brushing my teeth. I can go on and on. The dentist just didn't treat and communicate with me right. The hygienist was very warm and friendly they treated me with respect. I think I saw the hygienist 2 or 3 times. But because of the not good experience with the dentist I stop going there.

Private paying customers dont waste your money here!!! I went here as I have had tooth pain for many years, I paid alot of money to then still have the same pain. decided to go to another dentist for a second opinion and said that they have done a deep filling so I wasted have my money. I then contacted them asking for a refund as the price I paid for this to not be done correctly then LIED saying that I "requested" for a filling, yet im not a dentist so I wouldnt know what to have, I just wanted the pain gone. I went in with pain and expected them to do their job properly and not rip people off, not to mention the cost of living making it hard to have spare money for this kind of thing!

Feel consistently let down by this practice. Last 3 appointments: 1st apportionment cancelled - letter with my details and nhs number etc sent to someone else’s address (despite me clearly writing my address in bloc capitals on registering). 2nd appointment - dentist arrived at the practice 30 minutes after my booked appointment. Then rushed me in and out like I was inconvenient. 3rd appointment I arrive 5 minutes before to check in - 20 minutes later I ask if he’s going to be much longer. At this point I’m informed that he isn’t even in the practice and has just text to say they are stuck on the motorway. I’d have appreciated knowing he wasn’t even in the practice when I went to check in. No faith in this practice at all at the moment.

I have seen Tiffany a couple of times now and she is brilliant. She sorted out my fillings for me and they’ve been perfect. Highly recommend to book in with her!

Lovely receptionists, chatty and helped me to find an appointment that suited me! Dentist was lovely and made me feel at ease

Visited my denist Billinge this morning with my two little girls with dentist Tiff. She was absolutely incredible with both girls aswell as nurse Lucy, making them feel at ease. Very professional and booked in our next check up. Thankyou

I have waited since August. I was put on a waiting list for the nhs service. They had told me it would take 6 months to receive help. I have patiently waited the 6 months till today to find out what's going on. To find they are not taking patients anymore which I was not informed about. I could have tried somewhere else. Now I will find another dental practice and have to wait on another waiting list. During this period I have to have emergency appointment at other dental practices which has cost alot and really far to travel. The receptionist Lauren was lovely and professional. However the service you provide is shocking. I would not recommend using this to anyone. Just adding further that, if I was going to use a private dentist, that I would not use one that is rated 3.6, and use southport road in chorley rated 5 star. Kind regards David
