Bryn Dental Practice

My family and I have been patients of this Amazing dental practice for over 20 years. The whole team are so professional. The receptionists always put you to ease and are so helpful and the nurses and dentists are so caring and really involve you in decisions regarding your treatment. I have a son with additional needs and for me there is no other practice I would want him to go to. He feels reassured and calm due to their wonderful ability to put him at ease. I am so grateful for this. If I could rate them more than 5 stars I certainly would.

Dreadful dental practice, cancel appointments at short notice ans zero customer service. UPDATE Just found out that they restarted our DD for private cover when they changed providers. Only know after we realised they’d taken 5 unauthorised payments out of our bank. Luckily, we received a refund via the bank, not a word from the practice. Disgraceful.

Excellent dental service The treatment I received was absolutely brilliant.I really struggled to find a private dentist having not gone to the NHS for a few years . I had a broken front tooth and an upcoming wedding ... John and his dental nurse went above and beyond to reassure me that everything would be fine I don't think they realised how anxious I was as they were so calm and reassuring x I am absolutely made up with the treatment and my tooth looks perfect. Such a lovely dental practice very professional and every member of staff I dealt with was so kind and friendly x

Simply the best! I’ve been a patient since it opened decades ago. I cannot fault a single thing. The staff are always helpful. Professional, kind, caring and compassionate. They excelled themselves as lockdown slowly receded. There’s bound to be a wait for an appointment. NHS dentists are in short supply. Dentist John Becker is superb at his job. I have the utmost faith in him and would highly recommend him.

Knowledgeable, courteous staff. Will ALWAYS try to accommodate your needs. Friendly, professional dentists. Ample, safe parking which is a great bonus! Excellent dental service. I received the best treatment that I have had in a long-time. They went over and above to treat a poorly tooth of mine where all others have failed to help me. I can't thank John and his dental nurse enough for their skilled dedication and kindness..It made a valuable difference to me. Lovely friendly welcoming staff and brilliant service. Amazing dental practise I have been going here since primary school! John and his team are the most helpful and caring team I have ever met and are highly recommended. From the small surgery they used to be with John and the two senior dental nurses to a massive team now the place has come a long way and they all must be so proud because they have made it a fantastic place.
