Gidlow Dental Surgery

Hi. I'm Ruth Crossland. I've been with this practice for many many years. The first dentist I saw back then was Mr James. He was a brilliant dentist and a lovely man. I now see Lorraine and I have to say what a wonderful dentist she is. The best. Explains everything that she's doing, makes sure I understand her advice on looking after my teeth. I'm 67 now and have lost three of my bottom back teeth but that's all. My teeth are fine and I follow Lorraine's invaluable advice. And I keep up with my appointments. I don't like to miss a single one. So I'd like to say a Big thankyou to Lorraine and all her staff who are all lovely. Ruth Crossland

I know a lot of people don’t like going dentist, and I once was one them, but Iv been coming here for many years now and I have to say, it’s the best dentist, Lorraine is fab always treats me with the upmost dignity and respect, she gives me good advice that I take on board. The staff are lovely and friendly, and the place is spotless. Just like to wish them all the best for the future 💖

I have only just started attending this practice and it's been a very positive experience. All friendly staff and Lorraine the dentist is just lovely, I don't have that dreaded feeling going there. Thanks very much.

I visited my regular dentist today and needed treatment on a sore chipped tooth , Omar who treated me was amazing he listened and talked through the procedure very clearly. The service was professional from Omar and the dental nurse, made me feel so much at ease and everything was explained at the end and some options for the future only if need it. I am always happy with Gidlow Dentist but I felt a review was needed to share

Worst place ever to seek treatment. Unfriendly reception staff!. Just for a failed first appointment with valid reasons they struck a patient off for future appointments!. I wonder what kind of professionalism this is! Cruel and harsh practice i would call it.

Very nervous and anxious when it comes to dentists and had bad experiences. Went here 9 years ago and seen a dentist I can’t think of his name to mention him but he was amazing then, went back 9 years later full of anxiety due to being traumatised by other dentists, immediately put me at ease when I knew it was the same man who treated my tooth 9 years ago, treated me with such care and thoughtfulness taking my anxiety into consideration at all times, Absolutely pain free. I won’t be going to another and will remain with this dentist for the foreseeable future. Very grateful to the surgery. Thank you

Very good and professional. Been there a few times for routine checks and hygiene and would recommend!
