Talking Teeth

I can't thank the team enough for the care shown to my autistic daughter during her extraction. She was extremely upset, crying and panicking, but Georgia, the dental nurse, took the time to sit with her, talk to her calmly, and hold her hand throughout the process. Both Adetayo and Georgia were incredibly patient and understanding. They never rushed her and worked through everything step by step, making sure she felt as comfortable as possible. As a parent, I usually find myself trying to calm her during appointments, and I was dreading this visit. Instead, I was able to step back and trust them completely. Their kindness, compassion, and professionalism made a very difficult situation so much easier, and they successfully got the job done. Thank you both for going above and beyond. It was genuinely appreciated.

Wish I’d have read some reviews before I went, but it was a emergency appointment Reception staff are lovely however the dentist I seen was so rude! I’d go as for as saying awful borderline bullying she was even rude to her poor dental assistant in front of myself, dentist had no bedside manner whatsoever, took my payment and barely looked in my mouth, gave antibiotics, Gave me no options or advice told me I had no other option but to come back to them to remove two bad teeth, explained my anxiety and she new I take medication for this,but she continue to be rude and abrupt and continue to tell me I have no other option so what do I want to do? I made the return appointment and agreed so I could leave without any more fuss, but cancelled the appointment once home, awful experience just adding to my dentist anxiety, I feel for her assistant having to work with her everyday!

Rocked up at 7:40am on a bank holiday, dragged ourselves out of bed to drive 30 mins as my partner in agony. Turned up and the shutters were closed. Did think it was weird having an appointment before opening time but thought that's what an emergency was for. Should've looked at the other reviews. It's bonkers how you can ring up and NHS hotline and get an appointment here at a private dental surgery. This doesn't happen at NHS facilities, it's an absolute joke. Back to square one.

You will be sat in the smallest of waiting rooms for prolonged periods, listening to your dentist and the dental nurse gossiping, comparing social media and generally taking their time to a degree that takes the proverbial. When you go finally enter, you are rushed -so they can they gossip the remaining of your appointment AND misdiagnosed. Giant tooth decay was filled and missed for the ease of a ‘quick fix’ -despite symptoms being explained. Foul smell and taste the dentist dismissed as "probably just a little food stuck"! It is a nightmare trying to get an nhs dentist anywhere- but this is not worth going to and certainly not worth paying for!! Go elsewhere

Was sent to this dentist today as an emergency, massive facial swelling, numbness in lips and chin and excruciating pain. Dentist was very unsympathetic, didn’t even look at the tooth, gave me a prescription for antibiotics and told me they will start working in 2 days. Currently sat in a&e and been told this is actually a medical emergency. Thanks.

I am grateful for an excellent treatment today, by dentist Tom and nurse Jess. I received professional, gentle treatment and was supported well, as a patient that otherwise would have been nervous. Thanks goes to Tom and Jess.

I have to say that the dentist and her assistant looked after my autistic son's fears and anxietys in the most empathetic and genuine way possible. I would highly recommend this practice 100% thank you
