I recently brought my 13-year-old son to the Widnes branch to have his braces fitted on 24/02/26, and I genuinely couldn’t fault any part of the experience. From the very first phone call with the receptionist, through to the initial face-to-face consultation, the brace fitting appointment itself, and the aftercare advice provided, everything was handled professionally and smoothly. All members of staff were approachable, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive. They took the time to clearly explain each step of the process, offering reassurance and regular updates to my son throughout. This really helped him feel at ease and comfortable during his appointment. Overall, a fantastic experience and excellent patient care from start to finish.

I had a great experience with Bright Orthodontics! I started my braces journey on 2nd January last year, and today I finally had them removed. I’m so happy with the results. Dr Puthri and her team have been amazing throughout always professional, friendly, and supportive. The whole process was smooth and well explained, and I felt comfortable at every visit. My son had his braces put in today and all the girls at Bright Orthodontics are a credit to the whole surgery. Nat and Christina made him feel so comfortable and at ease. Didn't catch the girls name who gave him the educational talk at the end on how to look after the braces, but she was just as lovely too. The girl on the reception desk is friendly and helpful. Very professional and would recommend this orthodontist even though my son has only just started his journey.
