Kelvin House Dental Practice

What a wonderful, helpful, friendly team work here. I phoned on Monday for an emergency appointment in something of a panic as I am on chemotherapy and have a limited window of health between treatments. I felt later I was abrupt and forgot my manners. The receptionist however was very helpful and sympathetic, and book an appointment for the following day. I apologised when I saw her but she said it was OK. I was short of breath after walking for 10 mins which the dental nurse noticed straightaway and carried my bag up the stairs. Both she and Bunti were very sympathetic and supportive throughout and Bunti even offered to give me a lift back to my car parked in a side road near the station. Such kindness and customer service is very much appreciated and goes beyond what is normally expected. Thank you.

Kelvin House has been my dentist for longer than I can remember and I cannot praise the team highly enough. After a recent extraction I thought the only way it could have been a better experience would have been if the tooth fairy had whisked it away overnight! Well done all at Kelvin House!

I am a long-term client of this practice and find it to be most welcoming, from the reception (particularly Tracy) to the medical practitioners. They’re excellent providers of dental care, but equally important, they are also consistently kind and patient, from scheduling to treatment. I value Parm’s approach in educating about oral health and how he and Kayleigh are so adept with a sometimes anxious patient.

The care my family has received, for more than 40 years, from all the staff at Kelvin House is incredible! Tracey and her team of receptionists, Sarah the hygienist and Bunty and his assistants do everything possible to make your visit as quick and as pain free as possible. We would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a professional, efficient and considerate team for any dental needs.

I would just like to say a huge thank you for the wonderful service I have always received, but particularly recently. From my initial distraught phone call to the lovely, understanding and compassionate Tracy, to the hard work and skill of Bunty and nurse Haley who was assisting him last Friday. They all worked tirelessly to help me. It wasn't easy, but Bunty persisted, Haley calmed me and both reassured me. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. I have been a patient since I moved to Whitstable 39 years ago. They have always been good but are improving every time I visit. I would highly recommend this Practice. Susan Roots
