I was referred here with a dead tooth and a chronic abscess. The two receptionists were genuinely welcoming, which set the tone right away. My initial consultation with Dr James was excellent—clear, thorough, and upfront about every option and possible complication. A week later, I returned for the procedure. Dr James and his assistant kept everything calm and comfortable, explaining each step and even letting me listen to music during the two-hour treatment. Honestly, I had more pain walking to the practice in the freezing cold than I did during the actual procedure. There was zero pain before, during, or after. He removed the old filling, treated the dead root, and did it all without taking additional bone. The numbness wore off within an hour, and the tooth already felt better after two days. Very welcoming and professional from start to finish. I highly recommend this practice. Thanks to Dr James, his assistant, and the reception team.
