Very happy with the service provided by Genix Healthcare. The process from NHS registration to attendance at my first appointment was smooth/streamlined. My dentist (James) was knowledgeable, clearly and sensitively explaining my dental issues and treatment options so that I felt confident and reassured about the way forward.
I had a very good experience at this clinic. I went in with a lot of pain, but the treatment was done professionally and I felt much better afterwards. The staff were very polite and welcoming, and the dentist took the time to explain everything clearly. The clinic was clean and well-organized, which made me feel comfortable. I’m very satisfied with my experience and will definitely come back for my dental implant. Highly recommend.
Had my first appointment at Genix having had my original dentist for over 40 years, the treatment I got from Genix was second to none, everything was explained in detail about the treatment I needed I was given different options about my dental treatment which I’ve never had before, I would recommend this dentist practice to everyone they are very friendly and caring towards their patients. I'm disabled currently, can't really walk far without support and awaiting surgery, but despite that I came in a PM appt. When I got there I was told my dentist wasn't even in! If the dentist hadn't been in all day, why not call their patients? You had 5 hours to let me know. I'll not be coming back.
Fabulous service , after being let down by verne road I called genix who were luckily taking NHS patients . Seen ameer and his assistant , very friendly made me feel at ease .Easy to navigate online to book further appointments etc.
