Had a broken tooth and was quite stressed about it for few days. The clinic experience was nice and friendly all around. Dr Kianush Mohammadi far and the practice nurse were very friendly and helpful to reduce my stress and dealt with my problem swiftly. Definitely recommended!

I have been registered with this practice as an NHS patient for years, and today’s experience was completely unacceptable. For the first time, I needed an emergency appointment. I followed the practice’s instructions and called at 8:30am, only to be told there were no NHS emergency appointments available at all this week. Instead, I was told the only option was to book a private emergency appointment for £130. When I questioned this, I was simply advised to call NHS 111, leaving me in severe pain and without any help from the dental practice I have been registered with for years. It is extremely disappointing that NHS patients appear to have no access to emergency care while private appointments are readily available if you’re willing to pay. It felt as though money was being prioritised over patient care. I expected much better from a practice that is supposed to provide NHS dental services. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very frustrating experience and I’m not even a patient. This dentist has QR codes advertised around town saying they’re taking on new patients. I scanned one and filled out the online form, then missed a call from them and received an email asking me to respond for more information, but the email address bounced back when I tried. I then called and was left on hold for 20 minutes, only to be told they’re not actually taking on new patients due to not having enough dentists, and to try again at the end of June. Less than a week later, I got another missed call and the exact same email asking for more information again. It’s confusing and feels like mixed messaging. If you’re not accepting new patients, why continue contacting people? Overall, it comes across as disorganised and misleading. Not a great first impression.

Welcoming reception team, fabulous dentists and nurses with excellent care and attention! Lovely new building, much easier access than before!
