Treated my husband like absolute dirt! Lied about him on his notes they gave him. And made him feel small after belittling him. Now looks like he will be in pain over Christmas. Absolute joke of a dentist that he seen. If I could give no starts I would. No sympathy towards his feat and just down right rude! Will be pulling my child from here aswell.

The reception staff at this surgery are terrible, they're rude and don't listen. Rang up to get an emergency appointment for a broken tooth and was told I had to wait two weeks for an appointment because I couldn't make an early morning appointment. When I finally got in to see a dentist I had to be referred to Bristol for a tooth extraction, a week went by and I hadn't received a referral letter so I rang the surgery to enquire how long it would be, I spoke to Charlotte who then proceeded to tell me that I wouldn't of had an emergency referral to the dental hospital unless I had cancer in my tooth then refused to listen to me when I told her otherwise. Also my daughter has had problems with the receptionists over charging her for treatment and not checking on the system for what she actually went in for.

Kind people at reception, a loving environment and the treatment there is amazing. Very impressed.
