Pentwyn Dental Surgery

I've recently undergone private treatment at this dentist after having my braces removed. I have been a patient from childhood and I've never had a bad experience. After being referred by this dentist for my braces treatment and finally having them removed I underwent whitening and composite bonding and I am extremely impressed with the results. Dr Rabaab advised the best shape and colour for a natural look and insisted I was happy with them before leaving. Through the whole process my appointments have been arranged promptly. Had an appointment for an extraction today, which I was extremely nervous about. I have numerous health issues and suffer with anxiety, so I was more worried than normal. I can honestly say that from start to finish I need not have worried! I was so well looked after, the professionalism & kindness shown was extremely appreciated. Thank you.

Terrible service and disorganisation! I've had a terrible experience with this dental practice. My tooth has been aching for months, and despite repeated visits, they haven't managed to give me a referral to the hospital. To make matters worse, after I had to reschedule an appointment, they cancelled me off their system! The disorganisation and lack of concern are shocking. Avoid this place if you want proper dental care.

Would give 0 star. Visited this dentist for the first time March 26 for a filling.Within less than 4 weeks the filling came out. Had it refilled and again the filling came out. Very frustrated having paid for something that is not fit for purpose. I went back 3 times in 2 months for the same filling. On the 3rd occasion the nurse on the ground floor was so rude and disrespectful. It appears that she was annoyed that I returned about the same filling. She gave me dirty eye cover, when I asked her to clean the glasses, she pulled it out of my hand with a frown. I spoke to her about her unproffessional behaviour. She was very cold and uncaring. I didnt feel safe for her to provide mouth care. It leaves me with no confidence that if someone can react in such manner when told that the eye protection she provided wasnt clean, what chance have I got that whatever is been used in my mouth is clean. Very disappointed as I am still without filling in my tooth, a service I had psid for.

I would give 0 Stars if I could. This place is awful. The dentist woman is rude and very disrespectful. She was talking about a patients care with both receptionist on the front desk . I heard all the awful things they had to say about the patient and their care. Both receptionist are very happy to sit and talk about patients in a very nasty way behind the front desk in front of other patients. If you don't want your personal business talked about in front of others I would avoid this place. They care isn't very good and the building looks like it is falling apart they have no lights on the stair way and a lamp under the chair to light up the waiting area. THIS PLACE AND THE STAFF ARE AWFUL. I have tried contacting them only to be shouted at by the receptionist. I have asked to talk to a manager for over 2daus and there is never one available. I will be taking my complaint with this dentist further . I will never be going there again that's for sure.

Had a tooth out a filling and scale and polish today. Mr Singh and his dental nurse were amazing and so very kind and caring as I am a very nervous patient. Put me at ease and didn't hurt me a bit. Thankyou .

Great dentist. Ever so polite and happy. Been going here for many years and I’ve never been disappointed
