I would like to thank the dentist who removed my wisdom tooth today. I was incredibly anxious before the procedure and honestly very frightened. Despite that, she was calm, professional and helped me get through it. The extraction went smoothly, and I felt well looked after the entire time. I really appreciate her patience and the care she showed during a difficult moment for me. Thank you so much for your help.

​I am deeply disappointed with the service provided to my 6-year-old daughter. I decided to drive 2 hours to this specific clinic, trusting that a Polish dentist would offer higher quality care and a more professional approach. Unfortunately, I was wrong. ​We came in with a toothache and a cavity. The dentist barely used the drill and quickly patched the hole with a filling. Just three months later, it turned out the decay was much deeper and had been left to rot under the filling. This negligence led to severe pain and the premature extraction of the tooth. Once removed, the tooth was visibly black underneath the "fix." ​It is heartbreaking that I spent hours travelling for treatment that ended up causing my daughter more pain and the loss of a tooth. It seems anyone can ruin a tooth, but I expected much better from this practice. I have attached photos of the tooth as proof of this poor workmanship.

I had a retreatment of my root canal today and I’m really grateful for the care I received. The doctor worked under a microscope and was able to find an additional canal that had been missed before, which explains the previous issues.Even though it was a complicated case, I left feeling much more confident about saving the tooth. Highly recommend!

I had my wisdom tooth removed by Dr. Marta Hermaniuk for the second time in three years, and both experiences were very positive. I was quite anxious about the procedure, as I only booked appointments once the pain had already become severe, but everything was handled with great care. The clinic is easy to book with, very efficient, and offers long admission hours - much more flexible than other dental places I’ve tried in Birmingham. It’s also noticeably cleaner than the other two clinics I’ve been to in the city. Dr. Marta made me feel comfortable throughout. She was reassuring the entire time, explaining each step of the procedure. My most recent extraction was complicated and lasted over an hour, but she kept me calm and informed throughout. I can’t recommend her services enough. This clinic is excellent for the quality of dental care, the facilities, and the fair pricing.

I was introduced to this place by my Polish girlfriend about 4-5 years ago. Had several treatments. I have to say hands down this is the best dentist I have ever been to, the team are highly skilled craftswomen! No pain, spotlessly clean, polite, friendly, caring and beautiful!
