Bhandal Dental Practice - Darlaston

Been trying to contact them for three days now my gums have been throbbing and they don’t pick up the phone , very bad service

Would be nice to have a local dental practice taking on new people... been trying since covid to sign up. Guess you dont want the money

Not impressed I had a full set of denture that cost me £300 when she took the impression it was very painful when I came to have them fitted there are ill fitting top are unwearable as thay feel like a gumshield lower were uncomfortable i went back a number of times to get help but no matter what she did thay were still not fitting in the end I gave up as I felt that she was not bothered i would like a different person to help

Reception staff are welcoming. Waiting area is clean and tidy. My dentist was friendly and explained things clearly.

Helpful, friendly and polite staff. Hadn't been to see a dentist since before COVID. Had a check up, x-rays and a scale and polish. Dev and his nurse Pippa put my mind at ease and were both fab throughout my treatment, even pausing during my scale to let me regain my composure. Booked me in for my next checkup straight after I had been seen. Have no nerves about going back for my next appointment.

Cannot fault Davinder and his nurse. I am 100% the most nervous and anxious patient and they were incredibly supportive, gentle and kind. The nurse explained every single thing that was happening and held my hand throughout extraction. I hate having dental treatment but this was my best experience at a dentist ever. First class service.

I'm a nervous patient practice was aware of this but ignored this fact. Dentist from todays visit to have an x-ray was extremely forceful & nasty, i seriously will reconsider my choice of dentist and dental practice in the future. My advice avoid to any future patients avoid at all costs especially if you are a nervous patient.
