I had my surgery last September. I can honestly say it's the best thing I have ever done. From the initial consultation to my sign off it was a first class service. I was always terrified of the dentists. Probably why my teeth were so bad😁. If you are thinking about implants I would highly recommend this company. My surgery with 21D took place in November 2024 and I have never looked back! Like many of 21D’s patients, I was petrified of the dentist, however this company is NOTHING like a dentist. From my initial contact with the business, the kindness shown was 2nd to none. On the day of surgery I was extremely nervous, however my nerves were soon put to rest upon arrival. I was lucky enough (in my opinion) to have the option of paying more to be sedated, so I have very little memory of the procedure. Although that said I did have a comfort break half way through so I wasn’t completely out for the count. I did have some issues with my LTP’s being fitted and a new set had to be made as the initial ones were not correct. At the time I was extremely upset about this, however some months on now I have no complaints whatsoever. I wish I had taken the leap and done this years ago. 21D haven’t only changed my ability to eat without pain, or fear that another tooth would break, they’ve given me confidence to smile when I walk in a room. Having the procedure done has literally been a life changing experience and one I will always be grateful for. Every member of the 21D company have been exceptional and the 21D community of patients have also shown lots of support. I would strongly recommend anyone thinking of having this done to make contact today, you really won’t regret it!

21D what can I can. I cannot say a bad word they have been amazing from my first telephone call. Very very good communication any time of day always giving advice and to answer any questions. The service is amazing very friendly. Very supportive and they come on the journey with you. The best thing I have ever done. I had my LPT fitted yesterday and cannot stop smiling love my teeth ( never ever did think I would ever think that) All I can say is Thank you guys for changing my life. From my very first appointment at 21D Leeds , I was made to feel welcome and cared for. Every single person I met throughout my journey greeted me with compassion and understanding. I contemplated implants for months before I came across 21D. I can honestly say ,hand on heart , that I chose the perfect people to look after me. You are helped every step of the way , with open, honest transparency. In my experience 21D are in the business of changing their clients lives for the better. I know it is a lot of money for anyone , but the end result, for me , is priceless. I came to 21D back in February 2025 for my Free Clinical Assessment. Id looked into other options and decided i wanted the safety and reliability of something closer to home. My sitiation had caused a lot of self confidence issues that had always affected me growing up. The whole team from first contact on Facebook right through to the final sign off were truly amazing! First of all i had to take photos at home which honestly, terrified me. I wore a partial plate and had a lot of missing teeth and i took the leap. Then came the assessment. The Assessment involved coming into the clinic, being greeted by the tream and asked a few questions about my history and why i wanted the procedure. I knew that this would change my life in so many ways, from self confidence to being to eat comfortably without having to second guess every food choice incase i broke my plate or a tooth. Next up came a few scans of my teeth, mouth and head eith X rays. Then i was told how each tooth would likely require some form of treatment within 5 years which i alreadt kind of knew. Thankfully they were able to help me. I came back in May 25 for my Operation with DR. Izabela and her team. My sister had been set up in a patient room, fridge stocked full of drinks and a Netflix packed TV while i was taken into surgery. Surgery lasted 3.5 hours, the team were Amazing, Always checking in on me, there was no pain but i did have jaw ache after a few hours and they let me have a quick break and gave me some pain killers. I was suprised by how quick and easy they removed my teeth! Once the procedure was done i was taken back to the recovery room and given ice cream which i failed to eat with grace and i was given a look at my new teeth. I couldnt have been happier to see myself with a full smile, that i hadnt had since i was 12 years old. Post op care was great, had all my queations answered promptly and advice given helped a lot and after i came back to be signed off I was given a small gift and went home to immediatly eat a plate of steak and an apple. Since then my life has changed exponentially. My confidence has grown and is progressing slowly, i can eat without fear of breaking my plate or my teeth and theres no pain or concerns or dread for that next appointment. My Journey with 21D allowed me to be who I always should have been .
