Came for a very last minute fix on my retainer (fitted elsewhere) and were really accommodating! An absolutely lovely, friendly team and a massive thank you to Shail for doing a great job and giving me some very helpful advice and insight to my future teeth retention! Cannot recommend them enough, around an hour from me and definitely worth the travel! Thank you so much 🙏🏻

Well I’ve just had my final appointment with Mr Hill and I can’t thank him, Francesca and the rest of the team enough for helping me sort the only thing that’s bothered me my entire life. He also covered some extra work that was agreed during the deal covered under the price, which was extremely fair for the work needed, but then also went above and beyond today by polishing my visible teeth just to smarten their appearance. You didn’t have to do this, but you clearly know what matters. Again thank you to everyone whose path I’ve crossed at your fine establishment and I wish everyone of you the best. Thank you!!!

I saw Natalie, the hygienist, this week. She is always very friendly and professional and I feel in very good hands when with her. My teeth have benefited from the advice she has given to me. I am very pleased with all the work that has been carried out here. Excellent service and very high quality.

Excellent . Discusses required treatment and any alternatives, and more than happy to answer any questions I have. The only time he flusters is when I say I don't want injection, that is, as far as I'm concerned, a credit to him and how much I trust him. All the staff are lovely and helpful.

What can I say about my experience with Ware Dental Centre of Excellence, other than to say it was absolutely perfect!! I went there in July 2025 for Invisalign as my teeth (particularly my bottom teeth) were misaligned. Just six months on, all my teeth are absolutely straight and contoured to perfection - I am over the moon 😁 The service was first class. Dr. Shail Patel is extremely knowledgeable about his profession and very sincere (as are the rest of the staff). He will have a range of options to suit your needs and your budget, to help you get that perfect smile. I can see why several celebrities have and still go there! I wholeheartedly recommend.

Shail has looked after us both for several years now. He is absolutely wonderful and has made this super nervous patient so confident that she will now go to see Shail by herself! Shail takes the time to make you feel comfortable and explains everything to you so that you feel assured that he is not going to hurt you. We cannot recommend him highly enough. If you are literally shaking at the thought of seeing a dentist (and will even stand their crying when you first walk in), then Shail is definitely the dentist for you!
