The Dental Practice

From my very first call so helpful and pleasant. The reception was very nice helpful and understanding, got an appointment quickly, welcoming and clean, on time, great treatment and service. Extremely happy with my experience here after having a terrible experience previously at other dentist, I would highly recommend 👌

I pre booked my dental hygienist appointment over 6 months ago as the appointments get booked up fast and during the booking process you pay £30 towards your appointment to confirm the booking. My 2 year old son was unwell, I attempted to call the practice twice to cancel the appointment but no answer, so I went in person on the way back from the doctors appointment for my son to see the doctor, to notify the receptionist the reasons to re schedule the appointment, which I feel is a valid reason. I was notified of their policy cancellation that because I am cancelling within 24 hours I was told that I will be charged £30 for the appointment regardless of the circumstances and that my little baby being sick was not a valid reason. Disgusting considering this is unexpected circumstances, and only if someone dies you will be reinstated your deposit. Disgusting

I came as an emergency appointment as my gold filling had come away. I was given an appointment within an hour of calling by a very kind receptionist. The dentist and her dental nurses were amazing. I had bought the gold filling with me and they were able to pop it back in for me with no problems- marvellous service. Can’t thank them enough!

I have had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Undre. Despite attending multiple appointments, my mother received little to no improvement in her dental condition. Unfortunately, due to what I believe was a lack of appropriate care and knowledge, her dental health has deteriorated significantly, and she is now at risk of losing her teeth. What added to our frustration was being offered private care after receiving inadequate support under NHS treatment. This left us feeling that the focus was not on providing the best possible care to patients. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Dr. Undre for anyone seeking effective or knowledgeable dental treatment.

The lovely dr Kauser undre & dental nurse Clare, are so lovely, dr undre is so gentle and caring about her patients. Definitely recommend her. As I hate dentist but she makes you feel calm & relaxed. 👍🏼 Also the receptionist staff are really helpful and lovely too x

Amazing dental surgery. Staff are always polite and helpful. Never any issues, receptionists are always lovely. Overall myself and kids always have a great experience when we attend for check ups.
