Just want to say a huge thank you to Dr Imrat for the amazing care and kindness she showed towards my brother. As someone with Down syndrome, appointments can sometimes feel overwhelming for him, but she was so patient, gentle, and understanding throughout. She truly went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable and cared for. We’ll never forget the compassion she showed him we are so grateful

My appointment was at 10.10am, got seen very quickly maybe waited 5-10 minutes. I had my teeth cleaned and assessed, Mike was very helpful with advise for my wisdom tooth, thank you to Mike and the assistant for the information too. Amina at the desk was kind and approachable. Overall appointment was great and the dental practise has a good atmosphere, I highly recommend this dental practise.

I had a wonderful experience thanks to Noor at reception. She was incredibly welcoming, professional, and helpful from the moment I arrived. Noor handled everything with a warm smile and made the whole experience smooth and comfortable. Her excellent customer service and friendly attitude truly stood out.

EVERY member of staff here were lovely including the clearly very skilled Gentleman who removed my tooth..... Most importantly I anticipated a very tricky extraction due to the sheer level of damage to the tooth. When I say it was painless I mean painless, what a guy! Kindest regards Sam

Imrad dentist and anmeena assistant (unknown spelling of names) were absolutely amazing. Polite, caring, quick and accommodating. Very knowledgeable too. Vanessa at reception was also very sweet, polite and helpful. Amazing staff!!🤏🏼🥰

Had a regular check up here for the very first time today and it was very nice experience for me. I believe staff try their best to support the patients but if you become impatient, they will obviously be rude. The receptionist was very nice to me, and so was the dentist. The procedure wasn't painful, went smoothly and they made me comfortable. I would suggest them to not overbook so the staff don't have to rush. Anyways it was good for me.
