I am writing this review to help those people who would feel like me and probably dreaded a visit to the dentist. I have a history of receeding gums and lived in anxiety that would lose teeth and thought that implants would not work. This redukted in avoiding doing something about it. The biggest step is the first one - making that call. Dr Allsop and his amazing team are fab from the moment the consultaion starts. No judgement and empathy to your individual needs. The consultation and individual plan is set out clearly. The process was not difficult at all and more importantly pain free. I have had two implants in three years and strongly recommend you visit. I don't think they can be beaten on consultation, empathy, care from start to finish! Only place I go.

Just arrived home from my last appointment at Allsop Dental Practice and literally can’t stop smiling 😊. After under 2 years treatment wearing a wire brace to get my bite back in alignment , due to me clenching and grinding my teeth , I’ve now had composite bonding The result is amazing ! My teeth were uneven and chipped. Now my teeth are beautiful and straight and as I said , can’t stop smiling to show them off. All the staff are friendly and and helpful. The cost is worked out before starting so no unexpected charges. Always contactable for any problems, but most of all the end product has given me so much more confidence!! This practice and Mr Allsopp do not meet ethical standards. I had a niece who came to this dentist and she asked for very small changes. She was misguided by this dentist who left her with severe issues with her jaw and teeth. Mr Allsopp pushed the teeth so far back, they are hidden and her bite causes her great discomfort. He then tried to get her in trouble by fabricating allegations. He got caught and was reported to his governing body. Recently an ex patients of his has reached out stating he was not given the outcome he requested. When he received his dental records, they did not read as per the treatment that was agreed upon or provided. Mr Allsopp is an unethical dentist. Unprofessional, dishonest and unreliable. Avoid this clinic and do not trust this 4.8 percent score as many low reviews have vanished.

Mercedesz is amazing ! She’s so friendly made me so so comfortable with my consultation and appointments. They really went in depth with the consultation as previously at my dentist they just looked and said a price without doing the scans or anything. Definitely recommend!

After a visit to Dr Allsop for a tooth implant, I felt confident that I had chosen the right dentist to carry out my procedure. Dr Allsop took the time to review my background, as I have previously had surgery on my jaw, which made me extremely nervous. Throughout the procedure, he talked me through what was happening and took breaks in between when I needed them. With over 30 years of experience, I don’t know why I was so extremely nervous—thank you for being so patient with me. All I can do is apologise and thank you so much for your kindness.

Today I had my 2nd consultation prior to starting my Invisalign journey. Sarah P has been absolutely amazing! It’s such a huge commitment and I of course had many questions and some reservations. Sarah answered every question thoroughly, and gave some real examples. Both sessions felt calm & like a friendly chat, with zero pressure or a heavy sales pitch. I decided to commit Instantly and I’m filled with excitement which has outweighed any anxieties I had. Thankyou Sarah! x
