Renew Dental

The best dentist’s experience I have had in the UK and I say that as a 53yo man who, at one time or another, has been registered with some 15 or so dental practices in different parts of the UK. Dr Indy and each member of her team I have interacted with are uniformly excellent, friendly, empathetic and skilled. I am newly registered with the practice, having recently relocated from Pembrokeshire to Walsall. To be honest, I have previously had somewhat disappointing experiences with dentists in this area - the complete opposite of Renew Dental. I would also like to highlight specifically the care and skill with which Dr Indy cleaned my teeth, which, in stark contrast to previous times, is now usually done by a dental hygienist. I felt literally no discomfort whatsoever - I have only have that once before, and that was a long time ago. Finally, I would like to mention two things. The practice’s pricing is fair and reasonable. Secondly, you can tell a lot about a place by how they respond to a negative review that I encourage anybody to read Dr Indy’s reply to the 1* review on here. It says a lot about how seriously she takes her work and, as a dental patient, it shows. A highly impressive woman, in addition to being thoughtful, kind and intelligent. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough and I am really glad that I chose it. Thank you.

I have had a very positive experience with renew dental for both myself and my children. The whole team is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely caring, which immediately puts you at ease. Dr Indy always takes the time to clearly explain every step of the treatment process, making sure I understand what’s happening and answering any questions I have. They never make me feel rushed and are very patient and reassuring, especially if you’re a nervous patient like myself. The level of professionalism and care is outstanding, and I always leave feeling confident that we are in good hands.

I’ve been seeing Dr Indy for several years now and the experience has always been exceptional. She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable and genuinely cares about her patients. Every appointment is handled with care and attention and she always takes the time to answer any questions and explain treatments clearly. The whole team at Renew Dental are friendly, welcoming and make every visit a positive experience. I would highly recommend.

I recently had treatment at Renew Dental on Broadway in Walsall, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. I needed 5 fillings done, and from start to finish, the level of care was outstanding. From the moment I walked in, the environment felt welcoming, clean, and very professional. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when it came to arranging appointments, they went out of their way to accommodate my busy full-time work schedule, which made a huge difference. The dentist Dr Johal was extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making me feel at ease. Everything was carried out to a very high standard, and the cleanliness of the practice was excellent. Another big plus is that they’re open until late, which is so convenient, and they’re very punctual, you’re seen on time, which I really appreciated. Parking is also hassle-free as they have their own car park. Overall, I couldn’t recommend Renew Dental and their service more highly. A truly excellent experience!

Great dental practice Dr Indy and her team are very kind, patient and extremely helpful. They are very flexible with appointments and are always quick to respond to any queries and concerns. My Invisalign procedure was explained to me every step of the way and my concerns were answered straight away. I Will be staying with this dental practice for further procedures and highly recommend.
