Went in as i needed two crowns replacing, i was told i would only be able to have one done at a band 3 cost, after having mold taken and then waiting 2 weeks i did some research only to find that splitting treatments over two costs is prohibited under the nhs guidelines. After approaching the receptionist, which i might add was very professional and helpful, i was told the dentist said the lab work for the other tooth was too 'extensive' in other words NO PROFIT!!! and not worth it. I now am going to another dentist who told me the information and clearly doesn't put profit over patients!!! waste of my time!

I had a hygiene clean with Eric and he was FANTASTIC. I then had a braces consultation with Dr Siddiq and Elizabeth, who were reassuring and informative, Thankyou. Kailyn is wonderful and really helpful. Reception team friendly and answered all questions when I called. I can’t wait to have my braces fitted and feel reassured coming here.

The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The office was clean, modern, and welcoming, which made the whole process stress-free. I highly recommend "MYDENTIST" to anyone looking for quality dental care with a personal touch.

I’ve had an amazing experience with this dentist. I've always been hesitant and timid when it comes to dentists but the team here have been welcoming, helpful and friendly. After deciding to get braces as an adult - Beth and Siddiq have been absolutely amazing throughout the process. They were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions, which really put me at ease. Both of them were friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable taking a big step in my dental care. Highly recommend!

When I came into the practice, the reception team were absolutely brilliant. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted in a friendly and professional manner, which instantly made me feel comfortable. The staff at reception were organised, efficient, and genuinely welcoming. They explained everything clearly, answered my questions patiently, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s clear they really care about providing a great experience for patients. The positive attitude and professionalism of the reception team really stood out and set the tone for the rest of the visit. A big thank you to the reception staff you’re a real credit to the practice.

Its been very difficult to find a Dentist in Walsall, appointments are offered a minimum of 2 weeks and if you've got a problem then its going to be a long wait. However, these guys gave me a next day appointment, their new venue is amazing compared to the small Bridge location. The staff where kind and welcoming and I was seen by Dorsa within a few minuets. She was very professional, kind, exceptionally skilled, she explained the procedure in detail and it was over in a few minuets and it was not uncomfortable at all. Best experience by far with a Dentist; highly recommend this practice.
