Brilliant dentist. Called Monday and Megan on reception was so helpful. I was really nervous attending the dentist but she put me at ease as soon as I arrived. After still suffering the following day I called back and Megan again was brilliant. So friendly and understanding and went above and beyond to get me another appointment as quickly as she could.

I was made to feel at ease at this dentist after having a few issues at other dentists over the years. Firstly the receptionist Megan was great, she made me laugh and forgot about the worry whilst I was waiting to be seen then Dr Abas and his dental nurse were great throughout my full procedure.

A big shoutout for Michael the dental hygienist , you’ve changed my experience, I used to dread my hygiene appointment but you made it more comfortable, quicker and painless, without any novocaine.and stress free. Look forward to seeing you again. Thank you, Debi

Overall my experience here has been good. My current dentist Joe is considerate and caring, I am a nervous patient and he is very reassuring, going at my pace. I have had issues here .. it is virtually impossible to get an emergency appointment and when you are in pain and unable to be seen it never seems the right moment for them to say there are no appointments but if you go private I can fit you in today!!! Overall though it is a good dental practice.

Amazing service provided to resolve an emergency issue with toothache. The dental team were very professional, courteous and caring. They listened to me and did not rush the procedure, explaining every step of the way what was being done. Thank you so much Joe and Martha for helping to to be assured that I was in good hands and could relax.

Unfortunately, I have decided to leave this practise after five years. I began as a NHS patient. As I had not used the service for a couple of years, I was removed from this list without any notification. I needed some treatment and the only way to get this done was to become a private patient. Recently, I had an emergency treatment of which cost me £125. The Dentist did a thorough investigation, but couldn't find the problem. I went home feeling well, although still had a problem with hot drinks and food. Six days later, I phoned the receptionist sharing the existing problem. I was asked to pay the £125 fee for another emergency service. I mentioned, I had already paid for this service, she then said she could give me appointment in a couple of weeks and need to pay £56 to secure this. While I am happy with the Dental service, I am less than happy with the receptionists who have a matter of fact approach toward their patients lacking PR skills when needed.

Fantastic dental centre, I went there this morning for an emergency appointment i had never used this dentist before. I had an extraction done by Elisabeth Robb she gave me full and detailed information beforehand then gave me my options. I went ahead and had the extraction she done the job quickly and professionally the whole experience was the best I have ever had. I expected to be in there alot longer than I was and really happy about that. I would really recommend this dentist the reception staff are really nice and friendly and Elisabeth I highly rate.
