Alpha Dental Care Laburnum

Huge thanks to Rachel for being such a kind and attentive dentist (especially as I'm a bit of a nervous patient!). She explained everything very clearly and spent time advising me on additional dental cleaning tools/methods, while showing me how to use them. I came away feeling genuinely cared for, not rushed, nor embarrassed about coming in for treatment. The reception staff at Alpha have always been welcoming and warm; thanks also for getting me a follow-up appointment on the same day that I called!

Best Dentist ever. Been using this dentist since I was a kid so more than 30 years! They have always been professional and spot on with their service. David who has been there for the duration is a master at dentistry and takes any fear out of it should you be that way inclined. Can’t say enough positive comments about this place. If you’re lucky enough to be able to join this dentist then never leave. 😉

My husband and I attended the surgery for our appointments and we are both highly satisfied with the treatments received. Both procedures went very smoothly. As usual special thanks to Marty and his nurse - for their professionalism, expertise, friendly manner and their willingness for going the extra mile. Also not forgetting the reception staff for making us feel welcome and valued as customers. A pleasure to visit the surgery for the best experience.

Been at this practice over 20 years,never had any negative experiences here..Recently I needed an emergency appointment and was seen by Sally one Saturday morning,she removed the nerve out of my tooth not a pleasant experience but I got through it..the only thing I couldn't cope with was the xray the gagging reflex set in when I tried had a cple of attempts but still no good..staff very patient ...

My wife and me have been attending this dental practice for over 40 years. We have now cancelled our scheme payments as the prices have gone up more than 4 times what we are currently paying. Nothing but greed. Shame I could not give zero or negative star rating.

I've been incredibly fortunate to have Nabeel as my dentist and have to say his patient care is completely outstanding! As someone who suffers from regular anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist, Nabeel is incredibly sympathetic and compassionate, always going above and beyond to make his patients feel so comfortable and at ease, even to the point of giving his clients regular breaks through the process to help them (which I appreciate so much and can't thank him enough for!). I was in recently for a filling and had concerns about getting into coughing fits during the process after having had bad flu almost a fortnight ago, Nabeel was so understanding about this and made the entire process very comfortable. His communication is first-class! It's absolutely refreshing to have a dentist who takes patient anxiety seriously and is willing to go above and beyond to ensure they are at ease. He's also given me some excellent advice in the past when I was trying to avoid a root canal due to my anxiety, and I've never forgotten it to be honest. He really prioritises the health of his patients teeth and I can't thank him enough! He's an absolute credit to Laburnum Dental Practice and deserves the recognition because he's absolutely FANTASTIC at what he does! Thanks a million

I am very scared of going to the dentist but find this one very pleasant and friendly and explain everything they are going to do. My only complaint would be the pricing, I have been attending this dentist for over 40 years and was an NHS patient but for some reason no longer NHS and now pay privately, which is very expensive.
