Wallingford House Dental Practice

I cannot recommend my dentist Dima enough. She is always kind, welcoming, and smiling, which instantly makes you feel at ease. Everything is handled professionally, calmly, and with great care, and she always takes the time to explain things properly and give helpful advice. I used to be very anxious about visiting the dentist, but since becoming her patient, my fear has completely disappeared. She has such a gentle and reassuring approach that every appointment feels comfortable and stress-free. Truly an amazing dentist and a wonderful person.

The practice is excellent compared to others I’ve attended. While getting through on the phone can be frustrating at times, the overall service is very good. It can be busy, but appointments are usually easy to book when needed. The staff provide great care and customer service.

Dima is amazing, as always. She’s incredibly welcoming and has a real talent for making you feel completely at ease, especially if you’re someone who doesn’t enjoy going to the dentist. Her professionalism, kindness, and reassuring manner make every visit a much more comfortable experience. She is truly a fantastic asset to Wallingford House Dental Practice.

Absolutely horrific experience. I’m an anxious patient who’s been experiencing pain and am already aware i need to get treatment done to fix it. The way i was spoken to and degraded at this practice was disgusting. Having two dentists gossip and shout at me as i had a panic attack in the chair as a young woman with previous trauma at a different dentists, was the most humiliating and upsetting thing i’ve ever been through. also allowed me to leave with a nasty infection, in agonising pain, with no antibiotics. only gets 1 star as the receptionist was friendly.

Had my first appointment today and was blown away by the care here! The reception staff were empathetic and absolutely brilliant multi taskers, really showing how effectively you can handle lots of people while making them all feel valued! I saw Dentist Dragos, and he was absolutely amazing. He gave me excellent care, picked up on issues before I’d brought them up, had read my notes before I got to the treatment room, and very clearly knew his stuff! He was warm, welcoming and just lovely! I am just sad I didn’t join this dentist practice earlier. Thoroughly recommend!

My first time at the practice as a new patient and I couldn’t speak highly enough. The dentist I dealt with was so friendly and so informative about my teeth and she shared information about my teeth that I had not been previously told. I also took my 1 year old daughter for her first ever check up and she was so understanding around her being unsettled and gave me lots of tips and what to do to support her with the dentist going forward.

I came in for my first appointment yesterday with my baby as childcare fell through. Not only did they reassure me that it wasn’t an issue at all, they all went above and beyond to include him and keep him safe as I had a check up and x-rays. I can’t thank you all enough as I know it’s not ideal that he was there, but you made me feel that it was not a problem at all. Thank you Aisshvarya and her lovely assistant 🙂
