Dentalcare Berinsfield

I recently attended my appointment for a crown treatment, only to be informed that it was made in error and I was turned away. I rebooked, but received a cancellation message 24 hours prior to the new appointment. This pattern repeated itself, with another cancellation message 24 hours before that appointment. The receptionist attempted to assist me but was unable to secure a new appointment. He promised to call me back four days ago, but I've yet to receive a response. This issue has been ongoing for three months, and I'm now hesitant to continue with this practice due to their unprofessional service.

I had the worse experience with Berinsfield dentist, the receptionist was very rude, she has no manners she treated me badly in fron of my son and other , I felt bad ,I was trying to explain that it s not my fault that someone booked me i. The wrong time , i said on the phone that my son will be back from school at 3.50pm and they booked me at 3.45pm so when I was trying to explain to her she keep telling me off( you are late 15 min nothing we can do and she didn't look happy with me ) after a nice lady came and said we will see you in 10 min upstairs. I was talking to a lady that I knew from the village and the receptionist said to me in fron of everyone with a horrible way you meant to be upstairs. This is not a way how to treat people I don't know if they have someone to teach them that we are all human beings. They don't need to treat people nasty like that .the date today is 09/02/2026 I don't know her name .she should not be a receptionist😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Tells you to book online but no appointments online. Tried to call and no one seems to answer the phone. If you’re not taking calls up to 6pm then you should state this on the website to call different times or a voicemail to say what the best times are. Will have to now try call whenever I can during work just to try have an appointment

I had an emergency appointment today with Fatima Kahn and aornttya I can’t thank them enough amazing staff amazing service. I felt like they’re really cared.

Saadiah dentist, Dorothy nurse both very friendly and reassuring. Saadiah explains clearly about issues with my teeth and shows me how best to clean them to combat these issues. She does a clean every 6 months for me, always taking care not to cause too much sensitivity in one area.

It's a decent dentist.. I'm usually in and out within 30 minutes. I tend to only come here to see the hygienist privately once every 6 months other than that I prefer to see a NHS dentist elsewhere for my general check up and work as private dentistry costs a fortune! Good luck finding an NHS dentist if you don't already have one.
