St Michael's Dental Practice

Rang and left a message for someone to contact me to register and book in as a new private patient. When I received no reply I then emailed to request same and was completely ignored on both occasions. Very poor experience !

Brilliant practice! The staff really know their stuff. I never feel rushed and they go out of their way to be helpful. Also love that they open into the evening so I can have appointments after work. Keep up the great work!

Friendly staff and very helpful and professional

I've been a patient here for many years and cannot praise the whole practice enough. Joe (my dentist) is first class, as is Nicola (hygienist) and all other staff, including the ladies on reception who always greet me cheerily. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to others.

I was a dentist phobic and Zoe and Nicola and Louise have been responsible in completely turning my fear on its head and now I am not scared of the dentist whatsoever anymore because of how amazing the staff are at St Michael's dental practice. I actually look forward to going in and always have a laugh. The staff here gave me my smile back and I can never thank them enough for changing my life.

I called up on the Monday and they gave me an emergency appointment on the same day I called. I am a nervous patient but David made me feel at ease, I still can’t get over how nice he was. He put me on antibiotics to get the swelling down. On the Tuesday I was booked in with a new dentist called Zainab and she was also very nice and considerate too. I don’t feel as nervous or scared to go back. The reception are brilliant and also very nice. I’m really grateful they managed to get me in sooner and booked in at the dentist because I had struggled all week trying to sign on with a new dentist as I haven’t been to one for years. I feel very fortunate and I’m really grateful that St Michaels could get me in as a new NHS patient, as many others had waiting’s lists up to 2 years. I just want to say a massive thank you and if I could give more stars then I would because I can’t believe how friendly all the staff are, it really does make a difference to someone’s experience. Fingers crossed I might start looking forward to going to the dentist haha!

I have been a patient for 13 years. I have really bad anxiety and the staff always make me feel at ease. So much that this is one of my few safe spaces ☺️
