Dr Natalya has been looking after me and my family for over a year now and I am still so impressed by how thorough she is! She is also so friendly and approachable. From the moment you walk into the practice, there is such a calm and reassuring atmosphere. The welcoming design, thoughtful details, and even the pleasant, non-dentisty, smell all give the sense that someone has really taken the time to make you feel comfortable and in good hands - and you absolutely are! Dr Antimos and his team are extremely professional, kind and thorough. Explanations and instructions are always clear, and everyone I have met at the practice - reception, dental team and hygienists alike - goes out of their way to make the experience as smooth and reassuring as possible. I feel lucky to have found a dental practice that combines such high professional standards with such warmth, calm and genuine care. Wholeheartedly recommended!

I have been very impressed by my visit to Richmond Dental Suite. Dr Antimos Ouzounoglou is a wonderful dentist and I am glad I found him. Everything was very well explained and I felt very comfortable. Excellent service and communications, very experienced team. So thankful also to Maryam and Marleen. I would highly recommend. ( I guess I won't forget the Turkish musics played during my dental treatment :))

My husband and I hadn’t not been to a dentist for sometime and I decided to try this practice and am I glad I did? From the outset the environment is calm and soothing and the receptionists are welcoming and kind. We both went to Dr Antimos for an initial consultation which was very thoroughand he explained everything clearly. He even removed an unsightly mark on one of my front teeth which my previous dentist had ignored and I feel more confident already. He drew up a treatment plan for us both. My husband only needed the dental hygienist but my teeth needed a lot of work. The initial plan was above my budget and Antimos offered me a more affordable alternative. Since then we have both seen Marlene the dental hygienist who was very efficient and gentle. I am now about to embark on extensive treatment with Dr Antimos and I feel confident and positive. I wouldn’t go to anyone else.

I have been Mr. Antimos’s dental patient nearly two decades, he was very helpful, genuinely look after my dental health and supported my gum disease treatment with his innovative technics. After identifying a suspected cavity, I booked an appointment with the practice. What a good decision that was!! Every aspect of the service was excellent and pain free. Dr Nataliya Bilichenko is highly skilled, thorough and professional. She was warm and put me at ease instantly.
