I was very anxious beforehand but Jeremy spent time explaining the process throughout the procedure putting me at completely at ease. I was very impressed with his skill and expertise. Often in life it's better to find an expert for a specialist task. I was advised by my dentist that root canals are one of those specialist tasks and she recommended me to Jeremy Edmondson at the Shawbirch Dental Practice. It was immediately very clear that I was in the capable hands of a top professional endodontist. Together with his assistant Tanya I was kept completely informed of the procedures needed and the medical details involved, which gave me the upmost confidence and comfort throughout the whole proceedure. Mr Edmondson is also clearly a perfectionist as well, so I cannot imagine you could find a better dental specialist should you need treatment in this field.

I’ve been unfortunate enough to need a filling, two extractions and a root canal filling in the last few months and the treatment at Shawbirch has been nothing short of amazing. Appreciate that’s not normally the first words used to describe your dentist, but the level of care and attention to detail the team have consistently shown is first class. The practice staff are equally super friendly and helpful, following up with personal after care and appointment reminders. I was referred to Jeremy for a root canal procedure. As a nervous patient I was very apprehensive. Jeremy was so reassuring and explained everything in detail addressing any concerns. The procedure took 2 visits and her and dental nurse Tanya were lovely. The whole thing was pain free and there was no pain afterwards either. The reception staff were nice too and a phone call afterwards to check all was well was appreciated. I am visiting again for a hygiene visit as I was impressed with the practice.

I have been a patient of Shawbirch dental practice for 33 years, under the ownership of both Dr Evans and now under Dr Sahota and his team. The whole team - the dentists, the specialists, the offices, and the customer care are always excellent. The reception team are friendly, professional, and always comforting. Due to medication and autoimmune issues, my front tooth has moved significantly, and my gums have overgrown due to a medication side effect. Dr Sahota has taken very good care of me during this period, and increased my cleanings.as well as giving me much support. As I became more self conscious about my drifting front tooth, Dr Sahota, offered me a temporary solution until such a time I can have more invasive and permanent dental work. I was referred, internally, to Dr Sandhar, the Implants, Oral surgery, and Prosthodontics specialist. Dr Sandhar, created a plan for me, and over the past month, has extracted my drifting front tooth, and created a temporary dental plate fixings with a replacement front tooth. I am so happy with the results. I feel like I can smile again. I am beyond happy with the service and aftercare, and would highly recommend Shawbirch dental practice.

I was recently under the charge of Jeremy and Tanya for non-trivial dental work. The experience from initial contact to final happy completion of the work was excellent. The practice premises are modern and welcoming. Consultation discussions were first class with no-nonsense, jargon free discussions and the opportunity to ask questions as required. The treatment was clearly of a Tier 1 standard from beginning to end - you can just know that you're in the hands of first class experts with the skills, knowledge and dedication to deliver the very best possible patient outcome.
