Smile Works, Carlton Chambers

I was referred to The Smile Works for a couple of extractions that my own dentist hadn’t been able to do. I went for the first time yesterday and I cannot fault the service from beginning to end. I was pretty terrified as my own dentist had tried for over an hour to remove one of the teeth and I was worried it was going to be an issue getting them out. Dr Atthi and his team are nothing short of dental angels. I was reassured, everything was done in my own time, I wasn’t rushed, I wasn’t pressured and I was kept informed of what was happening at every stage. Once the anaesthetic was in - which was the worst part- the whole procedure took around 8 minutes. I honestly cannot thank you enough for your patience, your time and your reassurance. I would absolutely recommend you to anyone that needed dental services. If you have any doubts, be assured you can put them to one side because this practise is absolutely brilliant. Thank you

(Using my sons account so excuse the name 🤣) I have just had my lower molar removed with Dr Atthi.. I honestly am blown away. Dr Atthi and Ceri immediately made me feel at ease and they somehow removed my tooth in I would genuinely say 20-30 seconds. When he passed me the gauze I could not believe it was over. I felt not one bit of pain whatsoever and I didn’t even feel pressure at all.. to be honest I didn’t even know I had had it done, I would even go as far as saying it was actually more of a pleasant experience than a typical standard dentist trip. At home now having had it done less than 30 mins ago and I don’t even feel like I’ve had anything done. All I can say is wow and thank you so much Dr Atthi and Ceri

I too was referred to The Smile Works in Wellington by my dentist for the extraction of a tooth root which had become infected after laying dormant for eighteen years or so. Dr Atthi treated me and wow, what a true professional. Put my mind at ease and removed the offending root quickly, simply and painlessly. I cannot speak more highly of the man. Superb treatment. Helen is a miracle worker. One of my front teeth broke away and to cut a long story short she has remodelled it brilliantly matching to my existing teeth perfectly. Thankyou Helen, Chris and your lovely staff for looking after me so well despite turning up with my jeans inside out😁😁😁

After many years of bad tooth extraction experience, I was referred to Dr Atthi, oh my goodness he is how dentist should be, the whole experience was dealt with kindness and patience, I was very nervous but him and his staff were so very helpful and aftercare was 100% really helped me from start to finish.

Wouldn’t recommend getting Invisalign here! A friend of a friend has just started and had nothing but problems! Her false tooth in the retainer keeps falling out and they don’t seem bothered! Avoid!
