Nicola Moore is an outstanding addition to the team at Oaklands Dental Care. She is down to earth, very approachable and completely supportive. Nicola has gone the extra mile in providing superb dental care, most recently transforming the appearance of my teeth (and smile) in the most pragmatic and least invasive way possible. We have just moved to the area having previously had poor experiences with dentists whose main aim seems to be making profit. Nicola Moore is a refreshing change. She’s very friendly, showing genuine care about my history and needs and makes sure you like the music playing in the surgery 😂. I required a filling and found Nicola to be very reassuring, she took her time to explain each step and frequently checked in to see if I was doing ok. I would expect anyone who is nervous about seeing a dentist would be very reassured by her.

I have recently become a patient of Dr Nichola Moore and I have to say she is the best dentist I have ever been to. She is so patient, kind and very skilled and puts you at ease straight away, even when you are nervous. She is very considerate of any issues you may have, and I can't recommend her highly enough.

Very disappointing experience. I attended this clinic for an emergency appointment while suffering from extremely severe tooth pain. I clearly explained that the pain felt like a root issue and asked for an X-ray to properly check the tooth. Instead of investigating the actual cause of my pain, the dentist "Dr. N M" focused mainly on trying to sell me a night guard treatment. Despite my repeated requests, no proper examination or X-ray of the root was done, and I was told there was "nothing wrong" with my tooth. I left feeling unheard, dismissed, and uncomfortable , more like I was being sold cosmetic treatments than receiving emergency dental care. The next day, after visiting other dentists because the pain became unbearable, I finally received the root canal treatment I actually needed. This confirmed that my concerns had been completely ignored during my appointment here. I paid £50 for a consultation that was not helpful and did not address the real problem. What upset me most was the feeling that sales were prioritised over patient care. I had trusted this clinic for some time, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I also attempted to contact the clinic to raise my concerns and left a voicemail, but nobody returned my call. I sincerely hope the management takes patient concerns more seriously in the future, especially during emergency appointments where people are already in pain and distress.
