We came for the first time a a few days ago with my 5 year old son who has significant SEND needs. To say I was emotional after the appointment would be a huge understatement. The support, gentleness, patience, no pressure, child-orientated nature of Alana was utterly out of this world. We will be patients for life now - we can't thank you enough!

I recently joined the practice as a new patient following many years at another practice that had increasingly failed to meet my expectations for dental care. In a short space of time Alana has identified a course of dental rectification work and that has been rapidly progressed over the last few weeks all in a way that puts me at ease. I cant speak highly enough of the team and Alana for her professionalism. It's how you would wish it to be.
We had the most fantastic experience this afternoon with our 22 month old son. From the moment we walked in we were put at ease and the whole team showed us the real meaning of patient centred care. We won’t take our son anywhere else now! Thank you all so much for making what could have been a stressful experience enjoyable and our son left smiling and shouting bye!
