Acer Dental Clinic

After having such a bad experience with a former dentist many years ago, I found myself searching for an emergency dentist as a filling had fallen out. I found this local dental practice and have nothing but praise for the staff there and I have joined a monthly dental plan so you get a bit of discount each time for treatment. I won't lie, I dont like going, never have and never will but, the staff actually listen to you and put you at ease. Everything is explained to you in detail, continually reassuring you and asking if you are ok. I would recommend this dentist practice 100%. Before I leave this review, I would like to give some shout outs to some of the staff there - Davindra the dentist, Charlotte on Reception and a dentists' assistant, a lady who wears glasses (sorry I don't know your name, so I hope you are the only assistant who wears glasses 🙂 Tracy Wilson

Ever since registering with Acer Dentistry I have found the company to be extremely professional and well organised. The dentists, hygienists, office manager and all the staff have been friendly and attentive, throughout. Both my wife and I would certainly recommend anyone, looking for a dental practice, to seriously consider using this company.

I was referred to this clinic through SmileWhite, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The Invisalign practitioner is only available 1-2 days a week and cancelled my appointments on short notice multiple times, making it difficult to reschedule promptly. This is my second time undergoing Invisalign treatment, and it became apparent that the practitioner lacked the necessary expertise. As a result, my treatment required 40 trays instead of the expected 20, doubling the duration. Additionally, several attachments placed on my teeth frequently fell off shortly after my appointments, and when I reported this, I was unfairly blamed. I formally complained to SmileWhite and requested to be transferred to another practitioner, but was told this was not an option, so I had to continue with the prolonged treatment. The reception staff also displayed a poor attitude. Overall, I would not recommend this clinic.

I recently had cosmetic composite bonding done on my upper front teeth by Faraz, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. He has done a superb job — the improvement in the appearance of my smile is remarkable. The work looks completely natural, and his attention to detail was outstanding. From the initial consultation to the final appointment, the whole experience was professional, reassuring, and friendly. Faraz explained everything clearly and made me feel in very safe hands throughout. I’m genuinely delighted with how my teeth look now and would highly recommend Faraz to anyone considering cosmetic work or wanting to improve their smile. Truly first-class service and results.

Dr Faraz and Charlotte have been great every time I’ve been in. Really helpful and easy to talk to, especially as I start my Invisalign journey - made it all feel a lot less daunting.

I was referred to Acer Dental for my Smile White journey. I cannot recommend this clinic enough. The staff are extremely helpful and professional and nothing is too much trouble. They are quick to respond to queries and I felt really looked after.
