I come to my appointments relaxed, Dr Vishali is a sweetheart. She has resolved my issues last year and now I go every 6 months for a checkup. I couldn’t be happier! Reception staff is lovely too. I’ve been so pleased with the services, I recommended the practice to my family.

I hadn’t been to the dentist for quite a while, so after reading the reviews I decided to register as a new patient at Tamworth House Dental Practice. Overall, I’m very happy with the treatment I received. Mohammed Jabor went above and beyond to save my tooth by fitting a crown, even though it probably would have been easier to remove it. I really appreciate the care and effort he put in and I only wish I’d known how good he was sooner as I would have made an appointment much earlier. Mohammed and his assistant Oana were both friendly, welcoming and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process.

Easy to book appointment. Upbeat cheerful and helpful receptionist. The lady dentist and here colleague were very welcoming and friendly towards my 86 year old mother and very professional with their service. All in all a good visit to the dentist. Higjly recommended.

Love this practice. Our Dentist had to leave a few years ago so we went local in Polesworth, which was not up to standard of Tamworth Dental Practice, hence we came back and saw Mohammed today. Brilliant experience...Receptionists are so lovely and friendly and Mohammed and his Dental Nurse are so lovely...gone are the days when anyone need be frightened of going to the Dentist. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you for providing such an excellent service.

My son has autism and ADHD the dentist and assistant was professional and understanding and explained what was going to happen and made sure my son understood what was going on. All the staff at the practice were helpful and understanding. Many thanks to them my son was happy.

Hello, I came to your clinic today because I had severe tooth pain and needed emergency treatment. I clearly explained to the receptionist that I was in a lot of pain and believed my tooth needed to be extracted. The receptionist still gave me an appointment, so naturally I assumed your clinic could help with this problem. I arrived on time and explained again to the dentist that I was suffering badly and needed the tooth removed. Instead of helping with the pain, the dentist said he wanted to clean my teeth, even though I already have implants and did not come for cleaning. He could clearly see that the tooth had turned dark and that I was in pain, but he still refused to help and simply told me to go to the hospital because "we don’t extract teeth." If your clinic already knew you do not provide tooth extractions, why was I given an appointment in the first place? Why was I left suffering and sent away in pain without treatment? Also, why was I asked to pay £27 when no treatment was provided and nothing was done to help me? It honestly felt unfair to charge a patient who came in severe pain and received no actual care. The receptionist could have simply told me from the beginning that your clinic does not perform extractions. Giving me an appointment created the expectation that you would help, but instead I was left in pain and abandoned. I will share my experience with others and advise people I know not to come to this clinic.
