It was easy to get an emergency appointment online and I could prefill in all my details and medical history forms online before my appointment which makes thinks so much easier. The reception Hannah was very professional, helpful and polite. The dentist was great and he explained everything in detail to me and made sure I knew what all my options were and the costs related to each one. I would definitely recommend them.

Seen as a new private patient, did not feel welcoming, appointment was for 4pm. Not seen till 4 30pm and no mention of the clinic running behind when i checked in. I've visited other private dentists over the years, and never had this service before. I won't be back.

I had my bottom wisdom teeth removed by Dr Vinay Kashi a few weeks ago and had a very positive experience. He and his assistant were very calm, friendly and professional and eased my anxiety about the procedure. I was provided with lots of information about what the procedure would involve, the potential risks, the healing process and what to do to help with healing. The procedure was minimally painful, I felt that Dr Vinay was very skilled and he was as gentle as possible, reassuring me and checking in on how I was doing throughout. I struggle with jaw pain as my jaw is misaligned, so he and his assistant made sure to give me time to relax my jaw when I needed it which I really appreciated.At my check up, Dr Vinay was thorough in checking the healing and reassuring. The staff also helped with sending details of my recovery to my employer to assure them of my fitness to work following my teeth extraction, which has enabled me to be stress free about joining my new job where medical certificate is required. Also, the pricing of the procedure was made clear from the beginning. Overall it was a smooth procedure and I am already feeling much better!

not happy at all with my final look of my teeth. Not much has changed from when I first started with braces, still got a gap in my teeth and not two proper front teeth! 😩 Was promised caps on my two front teeth but then refused to have it done as turnt 18 and have to pay.. over than this, they was always lovely, just annoyed and upset that I couldn’t get the final look I was promised at the start of the process.

Dentist did ok job fixing my teeth and filling. The problem is that he did not communicate AT ALL when he was going to inject me, my eyes r closed when he is cheating my teeth n my mom was with me and she told me he have injection.. With out her I would have got shock n the injection probably would have aimed somewhere else! He was very aggressive on my teeth complaining that "your gums r bleeding too much". And over charged me.. I meant to pay 275 ONLY!!!!! I go to the till and this girl tell me "325" AND I PAYED 100 DEPOSIT. Before I went there I did told him the hygiene for 75 n the tooth for 200. I have it black on white, "the paper he give me". No communication and very disrespectful. You can tell these people r just hungry for money .

Not usually my thing, but we have spent in excess of 3k now and we are not receiving the quality of care for our daughter that we deserve. Consultant has left the practice and we are now in a position of looking to go elsewhere to continue her treatment and unsure if we can reclaim anyoney we have already invested. Please look elsewhere for treatment.
