Cottage Dental and Implant Clinic

We had to attend an emergency appointment for my 3 year old today after a dental injury, and I just wanted to say how grateful I am for the kindness we received from everyone at the practice. I received a call offering us an appointment and we were seen within the hour, which I was incredibly thankful for. From the receptionist to the dentist and dental assistant, everyone was so lovely, calm and reassuring. They answered all of my worries thoroughly and made what could have been a really stressful experience feel manageable. Most importantly, they made my son feel comfortable and safe during his very first dental appointment. I think it’s so important for young children to build positive feelings and trust around visiting the dentist, and they absolutely created that for him. They were also kind enough to get him booked in for a follow up appointment in a few weeks, which I really appreciated. Thank you again, we really appreciated the care and compassion shown by all the staff. I 100% would recommend.

Visited Cottage Dental & Implant Clinic recently and was very impressed. Everyone was kind and helpful, and the dentist took the time to explain everything properly. The whole experience felt calm and professional. Would happily recommend this clinic to others.

I had a really lovely experience during a not so lovely treatment first thing this morning. The lady on reception was warm, friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable which filled me with confidence and reduced my anxiety. Everyone I interacted with today listened without interruption, which made me feel respected. The dental nurse was a particular highlight for me - she interacted with me at the right moments, she was quick to follow the dentist's instructions and communication between the pair of them was calm and flowed. I don't know if this is her own personal touch, or something the dental nurse has picked up through experience and training, but I found it helpful when she was tapping my shoulder to distract me when the anaesthetic was being administered, I've never had that before. I am quite an anxious person in general, an overthinker, so all of these encounters really helped me to relax and feel at ease in the chair. I have been with this dental clinic for several years now. Aikusa took over a few years ago and it took me a while to build trust in her, but every procedure I have had with her over the years now has been thorough. I have felt well looked after in her hands, and well informed. I highly recommend.

I had to have a emergency appointment today to have a tooth extraction, the lady on reception was friendly and offered me and my daughter a drink. The dentist and dental nurse were absolutely wonderful, they put me at ease as I am a very nervous person, they had so much empathy and reassured me all the way. Wonderful staff. Discovered the practice a couple of years ago when I lost my NHS dentist. This was a great move for me! had an implant and regular check ups and the service is absolutely amazing. The courtesy car park is an added bonus too in Royal Wootton Bassett. OK it costs more than the NHS but well worth the cost for the great professional service. Keep up the good work team and thanks

Hi Cottage Dental and Implant Clinic, thank you for a great dentist and hygienist appointment. I normally don’t like having the hygienist appointment as I find it painful however I have found since having Pushpa and Radhika I have found the appointment to be less painful and very quick leaving me sparkling teeth! Thank you once again and I look forward to my next appointment!

A really fantastic dentist! Aikusa and her team are so friendly and they are simply brilliant! Made me feel so comfortable and helped me and cared for me through every step of treatment, checking I was ok, it was a really positive experience. I really highly reccomend!
