Here’s a polished review you could use: We recently visited the dentist and were extremely pleased with the service we received. The receptionist was very polite, welcoming, and highly professional. She kindly arranged for us to use a room on the ground floor, as we are unable to manage the stairs, which was greatly appreciated. The dentist was excellent, very caring, professional, and thorough throughout the appointment. We were made to feel comfortable and well looked after from start to finish. We would highly recommend this dental practice to anyone looking for friendly and professional care.

A wonderful NHS dental service in Llansamlet, Morriston. I received a relatively quick booking appointment within a shorter 3 months after I registered for the service. They have sent me 2 repeated reminders about my appointment via SMS. Today, when I was attending for the 1st time, the young receptionist warmly welcomed me and exceptionally helpful in supporting me in filling out the documents. The young English dentist was second to none in providing a friendly and thorough dental examination in quite an efficient manner within 15 minutes, including full dental X-rays. Her explanations and advice were very helpful, especially on how to clean in between the teeth, which I learnt after 45 years in my life. They have booked my next examination in 1 year's time. So, this is absolutely an exceptional, outstanding service in comparison with the traditional NHS services.

Nicola is fantastic, so friendly and put both my sons at ease during their appointment, even at 17 & 16 years old they still get a bit nervous about going to the dentist? But Nicola and the dental assistant, I didn’t catch her name but she has glasses and wavy copper/brown hair were absolutely lovely. So friendly and kind, thank you for making the visit very pleasant for my boys

Being a scardy cat of the dentist, being told at my check up today I needed 2 small fillings without anaesthetic I almost ran out the door but my dentist was so funny and caring I did it! And it was pain free. I couldn't recommend a better dentist. He is fab 👌

Dentist was truly outstanding, she went over and above her job to ensure I was feeling comfortable and informed every step of the process, you simply do not get service or treatment like this in the uk anymore. I would really like to mention her by name but I don't think that would be correct, needless to say I would not go to another dentist.

This was the worst experience I've ever had with any clinic. My first appointment was canceled without any notification at all — no email, no phone call, and no text message. When I arrived at the clinic, I was told that someone had called and canceled it. They gave no clear explanation about who called or how they verified the caller's identity, and they never apologized for this issue. The next time, my replacement appointment was canceled on the same day when I was ready and had arrived at the clinic. They said there were limited staff members available. Twice, there was no respect for patients' time, and I experienced unprofessional behavior and problems with their appointment system, communication, and respect.

My last few experiences (since it became a private/NHS dentist) have not been great found the dentist rude and dismissive. Today I went for my check up and seen a different dentist who was amazing 😁. She spoke to me like a human being, explained different options and didn't even try to push me into private treatment once. Also the reception staff were friendly and welcoming answering questions I had. First time in a long time I have had a pleasant experience at the dentist.
