Woodfield Street Dental Practice

James is such a wonderful dentist. Understanding, non judgemental with so much empathy. This is such a rarity in people. He has literally changed my life with the amount of confidence his dental work has given me. I really do highly recommend, I can't praise him enough. My children are also registered here and as invasive dental work is for a child, James makes them feel comfortable and at ease. The other staff members are friendly and helpful, I feel the whole team is remarkable

I have to write a recommendation for James and Woodfield Dental Practice. I had previously been with my dentists (private) for over 20 years. However, I felt I wasn't receiving the best service from that practice anymore (lack of communication, feeling rushed, couple of bad experiences). I searched around, tried NHS and ask friends for recommendations. In the end, James stood out as the best option. I had to pay for some work and an initial assessment before going onto a plan with them which I was reluctant to do but I thought I had to finally find a dentist I felt comfortable with - and I don't regret a thing! I should of switched sooner. The communication, the care, the conversation and the skill is superb - it is what I'd expect when you pay privately. It's the first time I've had fillings and not had any pain or problems the day after. Can't recommend them enough. Thanks James and the team! *I have to add that I couldn't fault the reception and office staff of my previous practice. I was just fed up of seeing a different dentist each time, being rushed in and out, and most of all feeling like an inconvenience or nuisance to them - that is the main difference I reckon.

It’s been a very long time since I could smile because of my teeth and the state they were in I had to end up having them all taken out in one go because I had gum disease and new one put in iv been soo apprehensive about but they really do look natural and I’m smiling again I’m so grateful and relieved Thankyou so much you have changed my life

My daughter and I had our first check up with this dental practice today and i was so impressed, i had to leave a review. I was pretty terrified, as it was my first time seeing a dentist in years and i knew there was work needing to be done and it was my 2 years old daughter's first time. The receptionists were very helpful and friendly which put me at ease, a little. We then were called to see Dr Rice and he welcomed us in. He was so kind and friendly with my daughter and she loved being in the big blue chair. She happily sat there and got a sticker afterwards. I explained to him that i was worried and he immediately made me feel so much better, checked my teeth and made a dental plan for me. I was so thrilled with how my daughter and i were treated and how helpful everyone was, especially Dr Rice. Thank you all so much.

Was suffering with toothache was seen within an hour of ringing the practice. Dan my dentist was very reassuring and had me pain free in no time. Excellent service thank you

Had crown removed today, i was so nervous, could'nt stop shaking but Daniel was amazing, put me at ease and was pain free and over in no time

Great practice always been seen to quickly. I am on a health plan and visit regularly for check ups and cleans Dr James Rice is very professional and I find him to be a fantastic dentist.
