Got allocated Townhill dentist through the nhs had my first appointment today and as a nervous patient they made me feel at ease and did not judge. Have appointments made to carry out treatments and have been informed that if I need it done before my appointment I can call to see if they have any cancellations. All the staff were very welcoming
Luckily got an emergency appointment. The dentist made a thorough check of my teeth and locate the problem. Within 15 minutes all sorted🤗. What a superb dentist, highly skilled and professional. He ensures you feel at ease and relaxed. Brilliant customer care and service throughout. His assistant ensured everything was right and like the dentist was very professional and caring. The whole experience of my visit was Outstanding. The receptionists were brilliant, went out of their way to fit me in as soon as possible and upon arrival provided a caring welcome. Team work stood out right throughout the practise. A highly professional team with outstanding customer service skills. Thank you very much all the staff at "Townhill Dental Surgery".

I was booked in for an appointment at short notice, and everyone I saw treated me with the utmost consideration. I came to the surgery with a serious problem. It was resolved quickly and professionally, with the minimum of fuss. I recommend this excellent practice unreservedly.

Been with this practice for 21 years. I have had a number of issues mainly in the beginning after the practice was taken over mainly with receptionists attitudes, but since then everything has been fine and the receptionists are lovely. The dentists are fab. Due to the amount of medical issues I have they take the time to ask questions and take extra care. Over all happy with the practice and service.
