I have always experienced a high level of professionalism from the dental practitioner, who is attentive, thorough, and reassuring during every visit. The team is consistently friendly and welcoming, making appointments comfortable and stress-free. I also appreciate the clear guidance provided on improving my brushing technique, which has been very helpful. Having been with this NHS practice for over 20 years, I have always received first-class, friendly service.

Warmly welcomed on arrival. Assistance given to me to complete my online form. I arrived early for my appointment but did not have to wait long. Very comfortable and pleasant venue. Each and every member of the team whom I spoke to were more than willing to assist me with whatever I needed. I have been a patient with this practice a long time and think myself very fortunate to be so. Thank you for caring.

On arrival I was seen promptly by Mark who, as always, took the time and trouble to explain exactly what my treatment involved, this action, I feel, inspires confidence and helps relax the patient. My treatment was carried out efficiently and painlessly in a light and airy treatment room with a pleasant outlook. Mark and his assistants always foster a friendly and caring atmosphere.

As always, everyone at Eastside dental was friendly, helpful and efficient. Mark did a brilliant job, as usual, - my second successful root canal. He is always patient, kind and gentle.

The dentist I see is fabulous. Professional and friendly. She explains everything and gives opportunities for lots of questions. All the staff there are lovely and welcoming.

This was my first time at Eastside and I was really impressed with everything and everyone from the very helpful reception team to the very skilled dental team. They carried out an initial assessment and also a repair to a broken tooth. Absolutely awesome treatment.
