As someone who really hated the dentist, I’ve quite honestly felt so at ease with this practice. Really lovely staff, very helpful. I’ve seen 2 different dentists so far and both have been really great. They do an excellent job at listening to you, not feeling like you’re being rushed and really focusing on how I wanted to proceed, taking my wishes into consideration. Dr Safiyah & nurse Anna were particularly comforting and very efficient. Almost looking forward to my next appointment!

I’ve had a consistently excellent experience with the team at Sutton Smile Centre. The staff are always welcoming, friendly, and highly professional, which immediately puts you at ease from the moment you walk in. My dentist has been absolutely superb throughout every appointment. He is always gentle, patient, and reassuring during procedures. He explains everything clearly step by step, which really helps reduce any nerves or anxiety. I especially appreciate how attentive he is at making sure you are comfortable at all times. The aftercare advice and recommendations have also been fantastic. I’ve been given clear guidance on maintaining my dental health, along with practical tips that have genuinely helped. I would highly recommend Smile Centre to anyone looking for a professional, caring dental practice, with a high standard of service.

Lovely warm welcome by receptionist when entering the dentist. The dentist I have had recently is Ramshad, I’m always greeted with a smile by him. I’ve had him for the past few appointments and he’s been lovely always reassuring me and answering any questions or concerns I have, along with this during my appointments he always ensures I’m comfortable and feeling ok even when doing his job and performing procedures which has helped me a lot due to feeling nervous around the dentist. The dental nurse I’ve had is Shazia, she has also been lovely by providing me with reassurance and support throughout my appointment and treatment. Both have been wonderful during my appointment and made me feel at ease and less nervous which goes a long way for me. Lovely dentist, best trustworthy treatment!!!

The dentist who now treats my children is amazing, he keeps them calm, checks on them and helps them understand what is happening. My children have SEND needs and for the first time are actually willing to attend his appointments! I am so impressed and couldn't praise them enough. Thank you so much!

First time back at this practice and had an emergency same day appointment. My dentist was Dr Safiyah, who listened to everything I had to say and didn't rush me in anyway. She was attentive, considerate and kind. I'm happy to have found both her and her nurse Anna for all future treatments. Also a word of praise for the reception team who arranged my appointment over the phone.

I went to Sutton Smiles for a clean and polish. Unfortunately I cannot remember what the treatment is officially called but it is the one where a guard is put in your mouth. I have found this method to be the most effective and less invasive. Diane is a most accomplished hygienist and very good at her job. Before the treatment commenced she enquired as to my general health and then the health of my mouth. Her personable manner put me completely at ease. Diane was ably assisted by Katie who was very friendly. If you are requiring a Clean and Polish, I would highly recommend Diane Green and Katie.

I cannot praise this wonderful NHS dentist enough. I previously went to a private practice that quoted an absolute fortune. I'm certainly not funding somebody's yacht! Muhammed Ramshad was wonderful, explaining exactly what was going on and what would happen every step of the way. They saved me a massive amount of money and provided true, honest professionalism. Highly recommended!
