Dental Care Sutton-in-Ashfield

Have been a patient at the practice for many years The staff are brilliant, Kelly & Kerry are always positive and engaging when I visit, with big smiles and a laugh about the world before you visit the dentist. Which brings me to Lisa Wild, or as I call her Wild Lisa! The best dentist I have ever had, the treatment is always explained, any issues ave always even resolved when needed and the bonus is no dental pain when in surgery. Fantastic service by all the team, five stars is not enough 😎😃 Thanks Justin

As a family we have been at this dentist surgery since I was a child, always good service and pleasant staff. However my heavily disabled mother has been on an appointment to see her NHS dentist since pre covid, over 5 years since her last check up. After complaining with the practice manager my mother was placed on a waiting list for over a year to see an NHS relief dentist at the same location, she is still waiting to be seen. I was seen in 2023 by Maria the last remaining NHS dentist with my next NHS appointment scheduled 18 months down the road. Just received a call 17/01/24 to say Maria has left and my appointment in October 2024 has been cancelled. No help or support going forward, no appointments, no options of where to transfer to just the option of private treatment at a cost, then I can have an appointment in a few weeks time. They did offer for me to go on a waiting list to see what happens with the new owners as the practice has been for sale for a while although they wouldn't comment or commit. Practice wouldn't send any written information or expectations of what is going to happen, so requested formal complaints procedure now as there has been no safeguarding or assistance to the vulnerable, purely profit driven.... Not the staffs fault but those in charge are failing their NHS customers

Been a patient for many years and the service has always been excellent, the reception staff are friendly and welcoming, the waiting area clean and pleasant. Miroslav is always polite and professional and the dental nurse was friendly and made an effort to make conversation, which made all the difference. There is definitely a move away from NHS patients but what is the benefit to the patient of going private? Overall a very good experience.

First time in a few years I have needed treatment and wasn’t looking forward to it!! Maria and her assistant were both just so lovely and explained everything to me throughout and made sure I was comfortable and not in any discomfort. Very professional but also very caring which goes a long way in my opinion in this day and age. I have been going to see Maria for a good few years now and she is an amazing dentist. Thank you 😆

Recently switched to this dental practice after I lost confidence with my previous dentist. Always get a very friendly welcome when I visit. The staff are helpful and appointments run on time - which is great! I am a nervous patient but after receiving care from Dentist Maria I don't feel anxious about being in the chair.

This is my 2nd time visiting the practice, to see Diane for a clean-up. Both times, Diane & Sarah have been an absolute credit to the organisation. Professional, yet so friendly, caring, and reassuring - and extremely helpful & informative. I am not a registered patient with the practice, but I do prefer to come here as a private patient for a clean-up because of this amazing service. On both occasions I have had the airflow clean, which is quite expensive, but absolutely worthwhile. My teeth have never looked or felt so good! I have moved areas and now live 30 miles away, but will still continue to come here to see Diane for a clean because of the service I've had on both previous occasions. All of the other staff are really friendly and helpful too. Marvellous!

Absolutely rubbish. My family and I have had 1 successful appointment in over three and a half years, we’d been waiting for an appointment after the practise cancelled on us before Covid even happened. Our last appointment was only arranged because I went in and complained in person, and then the follow up appointment was promptly cancelled by them too. If you’re an NHS patient they simply don’t want to know. My husband is with a dentist in Kirkby, and he has no issue with getting an appointment, so I’ll be looking into transferring myself and my family. We might actually see a dentist then!
