I had a consultation today with Elisa and wanted to write a review to say how pleased I was with the whole experience. Elisa was friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease throughout. She explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and helped me feel confident in going ahead with my treatment. Thank you for making the experience so positive.

Had an excellent experience at Westmount Dental Sunderland for my gum disease treatment. The hygienist, Maria Jasim Al Mahmoud, did a brilliant job across my 4 appointments. She was professional, friendly, and gave me great, tailored advice on how to properly care for my gums at home. Since finishing the treatment, I have much less bleeding and sensitivity, and my mouth feels fresher. Highly recommend Maria to anyone needing dedicated hygiene and periodontal care.

Alisa was very professional , gave thorough information about the different options available, did not rush us, very knowledgeable, was very considerate and empathetic when discussing teething issues. Didn’t not have a clue what I wanted but with Alisa help she gave really good advice. Felt at ease, and calm having been quite nervous. Made to feel I was being listened to with empathy. Your staff and james the dentist were great. They were very caring very sociable. They made Barry very relaxed comfortable,,,tock me 5 years to convince barry to go to dentist. He said he was glad and happy with out come on the appointment. The building smelled nice no dentist smell at all made barry more comfortable been there . My dentist, Maria and her assistant were professional, attentive, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. Everything was explained clearly at each step, which really helped put me at ease and made the whole process stress-free. She showed genuine care and attention to my dental health, and it didn’t feel rushed or impersonal at all. What a warm welcome I had to the practice. New ,nervous and unsure. Elisa walked me through my options . Explained each option in detail, With lots of time and understanding. If everything else goes like this I will be one happy customer.
