Chester Road Dental Practice

I am extremely disappointed with the care my sister received here. She attended in severe pain, unable to eat, and is currently on medication for cancer making urgent, proper care essential. The dentist attempted to extract her tooth but only removed the crown, leaving the roots inside. They then told us they could do no more, and we would have to wait a whole month for a specialist referral. Thankfully, we went to another dentist who removed the remaining roots safely and easily in just 30 minutes. This confirms there was no need for the delay or incomplete treatment. It is completely unacceptable to leave a vulnerable patient in pain with unfinished work, especially when the issue could have been resolved right away.

Always had a good service but now being told if I don’t pay them over £200 a year I can’t be a customer anymore. Absolutely disgusting and greed in a time when most people are struggling.

I went on emergency appointment after 111 these people at Chester dentist could not have been more helpful and pleasant treated me as a permanent patient of theirs.the task went so smoothly.a big thank you for that.mikeh.

Staff very helpful and pleasant including temporary staff and student dentists. Always try to offer best solution for you both professionally and financially. Only moved dentists due to house move or still be there, one negative point only for me is length of time for phone to be answered… could do with a couple of extra receptionists. Good surgery 👍

Worst dentists I’ve ever seen. Had family get their teeth ruined here, luckily got myself out years ago but had 1 bad filling here before where they took almost half a healthy tooth for a small cavity. Let’s not forget the rudeness. Rather pull my own teeth out my mouth then go with a Chester road procedure.

Stay away, ruined my teeth , failed root canel due to infection, had numerous side fillings due to badly fitted braces. You Cancel appointments and receptionist are incompetent and unable to log such easy instructions.

This is a truly appalling dental practice. Lee the owner is obnoxious, petty and incompetent and can't even do a filling without dragging it out over five days of agony inconvenience and shoddy workmanship. He is devoid of empathy, social skills and professionalism and bar one his staff are the same. Stay away from this glorified quack for the good of your own health!
