I was really nervous before my appointment because of a previous experience at another dentist that had knocked my confidence. I ended up getting upset and started crying, which was embarrassing, but Dr Zinab Zahara was so kind and understanding. She put me at ease straight away and never made me feel silly for being emotional. She took the time to listen and explain everything clearly, which helped me feel much more comfortable. I’m really grateful for how compassionate and professional she was. It made a huge difference to my experience, and I left feeling much more positive than when I arrived. I’d definitely recommend Dr Zahara, especially if you’re someone who feels anxious about going to the dentist.

Zinab was amazing and made me very confident to smile again. Wishing her the best and it will definitely not be my last visit.
