Bupa Dental Care Wessington

Bupa Dental Wessington is fantastic. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. My dentist, Daniel Ball is the best dentist I have ever been to. He is so friendly, yet so professional. He explains in detail all about the treatment and puts you at ease. I would highly recommend Daniel to anyone, especially if you are nervous about visiting the dentist.

I have just been for the final part of my treatment and am delighted with the result. The team members work well together, are professional and super friendly. I cannot praise my dentist, Chris Rutter, highly enough. He is extremely approachable and takes great pride in his work. I would have no hesitation in recommending BUPA dental at Wessington Way.

Treatment was fine, but make sure you triple check the receptionists and check payment amounts before they charge you. Even though the system says I have insurance they charged me the full amount as a private patient without insurance. They also gave me an incorrect invoice (saying I paid less than my actual card receipt) which I then had to get them to change. They said they can't fix the error of putting the treatment through without insurance and I now have to go through a separate claims process.

Wow what an amazing team and the end result is out of this world 😂 the complete experience from start to finish has been incredible. Chris H has done a great job and his attention to detail is world class.

I was really anxious about visiting the dentist but from the moment of walking in all of the staff are incredibly friendly and create a welcoming, calming and reassuring atmosphere. I had an intital meeting with Joanne who instantly put me at ease. I received hygiene treatment from Charlotte who was wonderful, talked me through each step and really explained the process. I had further much needed dental treatment with Chris and Abbie who are both wonderful humans. They made me extremely relaxed and the whole process has been plain sailing. I am beyond pleased with my results so far and cant recommend this practise enough. Thank you for restoring my confidence!
