I was a member of this practice for years. Tony and Ian were second to none . They understood how my autistic son hated everything about going to the dentist. Since the change, my son will not go back there as he has had a terrible experience with one of the dentists there. I have had major gum bleeding as they never cleaned any plaque from my teeth and was more bothered about gum shields to stop me grinding my teeth. I have now found another dentist for me and my son. He had 6 filings which grangetown dentist, said his teeth were fine! I had all the plaque removed and within two days my gums were not inflamed and had stopped bleeding. I would not recommend this dentist practice to anyone

I was a patient at this practice for many many years and previously had positive experiences and excellent care under the former ownership. Unfortunately, since their retirement, the dentists who have taken over have made the experience very different. Following treatment in October 2024, I experienced ongoing and worsening pain. Despite multiple appointments, the cause was not identified, and I was instead advised to consider several treatment options at additional cost, with no guarantee they would resolve the issue. The pain continued to worsen and I eventually required emergency NHS 111 dental appointments. I then sought private treatment elsewhere, where the issue was identified. I required antibiotics and the tooth ultimately had to be extracted at this point! I also raised concerns about another tooth at a later appointment, but again no issue could be identified. Based on this, I did not feel confident continuing with further trial-and-error treatment. The staff are polite and the practice itself appears well run, but in my experience there was a failure to diagnose and resolve a developing issue, which led to prolonged pain and additional expense. I would recommend seeking a second opinion if symptoms persist.

From the calm and reassuring reception staff to Dr. Preet’s incredibly gentle and compassionate approach, my entire experience has been positive. Dr. Preet is thorough, explains each step of the procedure, and ensures you are completely at ease. The practice is impeccably clean and uses modern technology. I actually look forward to my check-ups now! Highly recommended for anyone, especially nervous patients.

Preet saw my dad for an emergency appointment, dealt with the problem immediately, dad out of pain. Preet was very caring and thorough, all staff were lovely.

Reception staff friendly courteous and efficient. Treatment /scaling was done same time as check up which is very convenient for those of us who have very little free time. Thrilled that I can still attend an NHS practice long may it continue. Thank you all

As a patient of Mrs Sidhu at her previous practice I was always impressed by her professionalism and caring manner, so when she moved I was more than happy to travel the extra 20 minutes to remain in her care. Always a good standard of customer care from reception and dental nurses too.
