Mother given emergency appointment via 111 with Dr Mary Andaraj - 1 loose tooth and 2 with extreme pain. Dentist didn't bother with an examination, asked disabled mam to choose which was taken out. Given numbing needle 3-4 times as didn't bother waiting for it to work and so my mam felt the full thing. Told to contact 111 (again) about the other 2 teeth - she's now scared to go back to the dentist. Would not recommend at all, as seems most bothered about making money. Horrendous.

Yesterday, my partner attended an appointment scheduled via 111 and was informed that the tooth in question was free of issues, with only minor gum inflammation noted. However, approximately 20 hours later, during a consultation at a private clinic due to persistent pain, we were advised that a root canal is necessary and should have been performed yesterday, as the issue is quite apparent. We are profoundly dissatisfied with this practice and cannot recommend their services.

I’ve been a patient of this practice for many years and have always been looked after really well. The receptionists are super friendly and helpful, the dental nurses and dentists are brilliant too. Had an appointment for 4 weeks time, mentioned I had discomfort and was seen within 3 days. Nothing seems too much trouble and they’re always happy to help with genuine matters.

Went for an emergency appointment yesterday and I'm an extremely nervous dental patient (typically end up in tears as soon as I'm in the chair hahah), but the dentist and dental nurse were incredible and genuinely had the most positive experience I've ever had in a dentist. Was a calm, pain-free and most importantly, crying-free trip and I left with a smile on my face which never happens after the dentist haha! Reception staff were lovely as well, just overall a positive experience and came out a little less fearful.

Just had hygenist Sue who was so thorough and gentle then an extraction by Carolyn who must be the most experienced and skilful dentist i have ever had. I hardly felt a thing, even the injection in the roof of my mouth was nearly painless and i didnt even realise the tooth was out, she was so quick and painless. Thankyou to Sue and to Carolyn

Professional and friendly service. Reception was quick and friendly, seating area was clean and comfortable. Dentist and technician were both wonderful, very friendly and absolutely professional. Had a good chat about outcomes,and had an extraction of a badly infected tooth. I'm pain free after a painless experience. Please pass on my thanks.

Got an emergency appointment through 111 fantastic dentist took my tooth out completely painless plenty of numbing after months of trouble and trying to save it !! Was not straight forward and very complicated but she didn’t give up thank you so much ! Very reassuring nurse working alongside her constantly checking i was ok letting me know im doing so well thank you so much x
