Went for root filling, but was given a check up, then told I needed nearly a thousand pounds worth of treatment, and told I would have to pay £332 in order to book appointment. I am a pensioner with just a state pension and unable to afford it. I am disappointed with this. I paid for root canal filling and got a check up. I did enquire about paying for monthly plan last time I was in, and told I would be sent an email, but didn't hear anything. I guess I will have to wait for my teeth to fall out as am not able to go ahead with treatment and feel I have been treated very badly and am owed money. Total rip off. I regularly go to hygienist( every 2 months) if I can get appointment. It seems that goes up every time. £70 for 30 mins and I am left with a very sore mouth.

I had a root canal appointment that I was extremely anxious about. My appointment was with Henna Syed, and I felt very well looked after. She checked on me throughout the procedure and reassured me halfway through that everything was going well. I genuinely could not fault her. She made what I expected to be a traumatic experience (especially as I’ve had bad experiences at other dental surgeries in the past) as comfortable as possible. I struggle even with a routine check-up, so I am incredibly grateful for the care and reassurance she provided.

Hema is amazing. I had my first wisdom tooth out, and I’ve never had a procedure or any type of surgery before. She was so reassuring, chatty and told me everything that she was doing and what to expect and made me feel very comfortable.

There’s a really friendly receptionist, I don’t know her name, but she has a top notch on her brown hair. She was there yesterday March 2nd. A smile makes all the difference.

Visit to Sudbury branch. Dentist as always was efficient and informative. Whist there was a wait of around 10 minutes, I was dealt with very speedily and in a friendly manner. I was disappointed that a clean and polish was not included in the check up service as the dentist advised this was no longer included under NHS rules. This is contary to the public notices in the waiting area for band 1 treatment which states that a clean and polish is included ( and the internet). I feel that aI I am being penalised for paying privately at the surgery for regular visits to the hygienist and keeping my teeth in good condition.

My first time at this dental practice. I had several teeth that needed to be looked at Helen Moynihan explained all that needed doing and put my mind at rest. All in all a very pleasant visit. I look forward to returning for my booked in treatment plan with Helen.

Staff were polite & helpful. Imran took the time to explain exactly what had happened to cause the problem with my tooth & went on to discuss the best way to rectify the problem. As always very happy with the treatment from this dental practice.
